Great place as long as you don't order a steak. I've tried to give them the chance and my steak has been over cooked every time. Ask for rare and get medium well. Other then that no complaints.

Loved Cheddars in Dallas. This one in Ft. Smith AR is good but needs more attention to food quality. We did receive plenty and took food home. It's good for the price.

This is the second time in a row that they were out of Monte Cristo. The croissants were brown and crunchy. The strawberry lemonade was delicious, and the onion rings were good.

Delicious food. Big portions. Great employees. Definitely recommend.

The waitress was asked twice to bring ice and had to be asked a 3rd time. She also wrote the order incorrectly so our food was wrong. She tried to blame the amount of business.

Cheddar’s offers a familiar, casual dining experience with a wide-ranging menu and a comfortable atmosphere. The space is well-kept and family-friendly, with a layout that accommodates both small groups and larger parties. Service during our visit was polite and steady—not rushed, but not particularly fast either.

The food was about what you’d expect from a national chain: hearty portions and approachable flavors. I tried one of the chicken-based entrées, which was well-cooked and satisfying, though nothing especially memorable. The sides were consistent and fresh, and the pricing felt reasonable for the portion sizes. If you’re looking for a reliable meal in a relaxed setting, it gets the job done.

That said, this isn’t necessarily a spot you go to for standout dishes or a unique culinary experience. It’s dependable comfort food, ideal for casual lunches or group dinners when you want something familiar and filling. Not much to critique, but not much that stood out either.
