Service takes forever, ordered my meal for dine in and after 10 minutes of wondering if they did my order or not. My order was literally sitting in the table getting cold… the employees didn’t even know l made an order until they saw the food on the table getting cold. Wouldn’t recommend going there for lunch break as it will eat up your lunch break and time to return to work….

I made a drive thru order and my mom picked it up when she got there the guy said “we don’t have an order for that name” after she showed him proof another guy said “we don’t have any chicken minis left what do you want me to do” with an attitude. Then they proceeded to give her a nasty biscuit with hashbrowns and throw it in the bag as you can see in the picture. I love Chick-fil-A, but this has been one of the worst Chick-fil-A‘s. I’ve ever been to.

My experience at Chick-fil-A the other day was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and kindness. The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt organized and cared for. But what really made the experience unforgettable was Addyson. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — she greeted me with a smile that instantly brightened my day, made sure my order was exactly right, and even checked in to see how everything tasted. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely enjoys their job and treats every customer with that level of kindness and attention. The food, of course, was delicious — hot, fresh, and perfectly made — but Addyson’s service took it to another level. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience that reminded me how powerful great service can be. Chick-fil-A should be proud to have someone like her representing their brand. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

I came here to pick up dinner. I placed my order online but for some reason the QR code to check-in wasn't working. I Tried to flag down a team member to assist as directed by the app but they were more interested in laughing and joking instead of trying to get orders out or assist their customers. Once I received assistance, they pulled me up to a VIP spot. Finally received my food and I'm missing part of what I ordered. Unsuccessfully attempted to flag down a team member again before pulling back through the drive-thru and waiting again to receive the rest of my order.

Extremely slow drive through. Do not go here on your lunch break you will not make it back to work in time. They also have barricades set up so once you get in the drive through line you can not leave expect a 43 minute wait in the drive through line.
Ordered on mobile thru and the workers were all working trying to get the orders out besides the managers they just watched them struggle to get our 15 orders smh

Its chick fil a did you really need a review. Quality service, love the new location, fits their needs perfectly.
I feel obligated to pick apart one thing. The play place. Theres very little to actually do. To me a play place is somewhere parents can take their kids to be active inside and get the zooming out. The play place they put in is separate and designed for children I guess who sit in front of a tablet all day. It leaves much to be desired. Something to climb and slide down is brilliant.

This new location in the area is everything and more. The fries are the perfect crisp and they don’t leave out the salt unlike the other location in the area. The chicken is also cooked too the TEA! You can take my bag chick fil a!!!

I actually love everything about chick fil a except the mobile through check in.Unfortunately, they'll bring you your food out for cars back.And then they're waiting on that first car and not parking them.We need to learn to park cars
