The food was well made and delicious! Our waitress Megan, was very helpful and always checked on us to make sure everything was ok. So, overall our experience was 👍. We most definitely will be back soon and hopefully Chili's will still be there. There's been a few of the big restaurant chains that have not been able to survive but Chili's is still there in our town.

Went for lunch usually We like going to Chili's had the 3 for me with bottless chips and salsa and drinks come with the deal The male waiter did not want to refill the chips and salsa even though that's part of the promotion and did not want to fill our drinks The glasses was completely full of ice so one sips and your glass is empty He Made sure we knew that our check was ready on the screen even though we where not done eating we needed refills on our drinks and the bottomless chips and salsa had to ask somebody else for refill on the chips they brought one basket of chips for 3 people and 1 tiny container of salsa The look from him when we asked for a refill on drinks like we where not allowed drink refills If that's the case put it on the menu that you're not allowed refills even if it's two or three drinks SO!! when you have a glass that is completely full of ice

This is the only restaurant in Ft Smith that my daughters ever want to go to. I've never had a bad experience there. Great food, staff, and prices.
We go to chili's twice We had a server Alex (woman long brown hair) we'd never had as a server, was really rude I'm not sure why it was my birthday day and we had a party of 4 me and my 26 yr old daughter had a hers and i ordered one margarita she tried mine I tried her that server Alex came back i asked for 2 morshe said and I quote nope we seen you try hers and her try yours ...I was like huh? I didn't kw we couldn't try each other's since you checked our DL's no law against it.....we all got our food to go & Left. The table behind us ask for extra mashed potatoes instead of broccoli ..among other things .they lert I'm telling you all she wasn't waitress material.it wasn't a great experience and we been customer's for 9 years.....

The food was great... I was extremely happy with our server KYLE. He was very attentive, friendly, always had a smile... AND he was training a new server at the very same time. He even seemed extremely patient and pleasant to the trainee. I sincerely hope that if you go here that you get KYLE as your server, he's AMAZING!!!! Thank you KYLE for everything!

I went in on Easter sat by the bar after being greeted so nicely and welcoming. Our server Megan was awesome so nice and as we sat there I watched her run food make drinks and wait on her tables all with a smile and I mean she was busy. The food was great def coming back.
