most disgusting food I've ever seen. it looked like the chips and guacamole were made yesterday (what they had of it, very little), chicken was stuck to bottom of pan. Will never go back..

Of 14 tables in the place, only two were clean. Did you ever see that episode of Jimmy Neutron where the pants come alive? Okay picture that, but instead of pants, chairs. Truly everywhere and out of control.

Weird that my options on the serving line are not labeled, and they were out of black beans, but the employee was very helpful in letting me know what was what. She offered pinto beans as an alternative. Fortunately I didn’t require a receipt, as I was not offered one. Having my order taken quickly and accurately was my only positive experience here.

Floor and drink station counter atrocious, overtaken by debris. (Perhaps a symptom of the recent apparent chair invasion?) The beverage spill tray overflowed with discarded ice.

The food itself: I know what to expect here, and it met expectations, with the exception of the occasional *crunchy* bean (wot in tarnation?)

Your tiny trash can mouths are not large enough to comfortably suit the giant paper to-go bags.

All in all, a weirdly anticipatory dine-in experience. (Typed this review prior to exiting the main entrance, and walking through landscaping rock to get to my vehicle in the litter-strewn parking lot).

I ordered online and got a salad and they didn’t give me my vinaigrette. Went back and they said they “ran out”. That was the whole reason why I ordered the salad.
Why didn’t they say something when I first pulled up to get my food? The employee also had an attitude when we first pulled up. The second girl ( the second time we pulled around) was nice.

I didn’t even get any lettuce/salad with it lmao. Just rice and beans but HEAVY on the rice.

First, I love Chipotle. Second, I frequent Chipotle often because restaurants that care about gluten free accessibility are a priority to me. I was thrilled when they opened a location in Fort Smith, but I have consistently been disappointed in this location’s cleanliness, customer service, and portion size. Portion size is much, much smaller lately (I thought Chipotle addressed that, but apparently not here), the restaurant is noticeably dirty every single time I come, and the staff has not been trained well. I hate to post this, but I miss the Chipotle I love!

The manager and the person behind the counter were extremely rude, the trash cans were full and spilling out, the prep area was nasty, the tortillas tasted like rubber and the meat was full of fat and gristle, the employees were extremely rude towards us, We will NEVER be back in this place again and will not encourage anyone else to eat here. Cost us 49.00 for 2 burritos and 2 cokes can you say overpriced?

Cross contamination here is terrible. Got a chunk of meat in my queso I’m vegetarian. Pinto beans in my food and I’m allergic. Dinning room is extremely dirty. When I tried to call for a refund they hung up.

Shut down grill two hours prior before closing. With a line full of people. Did not have barstock before shutting down grill. Out of several Items. Poor service. only one person on the line making food while the rest are standing around and trying to close early. The only person that was good tonight was a person on the bar making the food. You need to talk to your staff about Shut off the grill too early. Or at least making sure the bar is doing so.

Not a single clean table in the place and trash can was overflowing. Not a good look in the food industry and I expect better when it cost $70 to feed a family of 5. I haven't had Chipotle in a long time and don't think I'll be having it again after that.

The last three times I have been to Chipotle after 7:30pm I have noticed a similar trend.
They run out of numerous ingredients.
The ingredients they have not fresh.
The workers seem genuinely disinterested in helping out.
When it first opened, it was much better... however there has been a steep decline in their service.
