I have never wanted to leave a review so much on an establishment. Krystal was an absolutely amazing birthday host! She went so far above and beyond on my son's party it was amazing. I can not wait to go back and see her again! Chucky was amazing with all the little kids and even our baby danced with him! There are not enough amazing words and praise to say about my sons birthday there! Thank you all so much it was a day to remember for sure!Kid-friendliness: Off the charts amazing

For the past year the fort smith location has really dumbed down… you walk for a birthday party and they have absolutely no idea what’s going on… everytime.You’re child does all this work to get tickets to go tot he counter to be super rushed. That black lady with a beard at the toy section was so rude. I probably won’t be back at that location just because of her. My daughter couldn’t even pick anything.. very very bad customer service.

We done a birthday party for our twin granddaughters this past weekend and they had never a CEC party and it was an absolute hit! Alex and Addee were absolutely amazing!!

Worst $400 ever spent on a party. Everything was late. Everything was last minute. Had kids walking off because their it taking a few minutes as almost 20 minutes and they were bored waiting. We specifically booked the bday party for an early time so there would be better flow and it was terrible.

I had my daughter’s 1st Birthday there a couple of weeks ago and it was wonderful thanks to the Manager Steve! He was knowledgeable, kind, and cooperative! He made sure I had everything I needed for my party! He was very professional and dependable! Definitely ask for him!
Spent a few hours here for my son's birthday, the pizzas were fine (almost 20 bucks is an insane price tho) but that was about the best part of the whole experience. A huge amount of games were broken or turned off, employees seemed so annoyed and unhappy (I bet y'all don't pay them a decent wage at all, huh) and Chuck E Cheese's dance party thing was so horribly sad, surely you could hire anyone who is willing to actually get out there and dance, right? My kids didn't care coz they're toddlers, but I would never bring an older child to this place. It's so disappointing and run down.

I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in at least a decade so my expectations for this chain were fairly low. This location was way different from what I expected, especially when looking at the exterior. The games are all updated and there's something for every age to play. The pizza was hot and had a crispy crust. The staff was friendly and the interior was clean. I plan on returning to this location in the future.

Went to Chuck E. Cheese with my nieces and nephew to celebrate my nephews birthday on Sunday afternoon 9/24/2023. The food is OK, and the staff were alright, although they seemed a little irritable. But the prices are absolutely insane! If you are a hardworking American, do not waste your precious resources allowing these grifters to separate you from your hard earned money. Protect yourself and your family. Grab some pizza anywhere and go to the park or down by the river or a lake. I will never spend another penny at Chuck E. Cheese. Shame on them for becoming so greedy.
