Tonight was my first time going to Church’s chicken. The guy at the window was very nice even though it was late. My food was awesome! The sauce on the Buffalo wings is not too spicy or too tangy, perfectly balanced flavor. They made my fries and wings fresh and I really appreciated that, especially towards the end of the night. Most fast food will serve you some slop at the end of the day and it was so satisfying to have the fries burning my mouth lol. They were crispy and weren’t smothered in salt which was refreshing. Another thing I was impressed by was the Ranch. Packaged ranch is usually disgusting (Sonic etc) but their ranch is the best I’ve had in a package. I have seen some low reviews but the crew tonight really did a great job and helped me have a fantastic evening (desperately needed). Thanks to the staff tonight you guys made my night! PUT SOME RESPECT ON CHURCH’S NAME!

What a shame I was just passing through on my visit here–this has to be the best experience I've ever had at a Church's by far. I usually visit Church's in spite of poor customer service because I love the taste and the price, but today I experienced genuinely great service as well at a Church's location. The three employees were all very efficient, got me my food quickly, and were friendly and kind without being overbearing. Although they were busy, it didn't keep them from being positive, helpful and quick. It'll be an easy choice to stop here again if I'm back in Fort Smith.

I ordered a chicken sandwich just to try it… it was not good at all. Do not get it unless you want 3mm of chicken and only fried breading.

You can also be there for 5 min and come out smelling like fried chicken. So don’t come in there with your best Sunday fits.

Drive an hour to Tulsa and go to Church’s there.

Well, I thought I wanted chicken for dinner tonight!!!! My husband and I decided after.a very long day of moving and cleaning that I would drive into Ft. Smith and pick up chicken. So Church’s was 1st on our list. I pulled into their lot at 6:20 pm and immediately noticed a lot that was not up to expected standards (menu board open and unable to shut, lot lights not working or missing the light covers, and what looked like a hose coming out of the kitchen. I tried to put things out of my mind, and then only to find out they were out of spicy chicken at now 6:30 on a Monday evening!!!! Needless to say, I just had a bad feeling about the restaurant who would run out of chicken during evening rush, and have a facility so lacking in care!!! If they can’t take care of the outside, do I really feel they are up to standards in food quality? My heart and brain said no, so I left without waiting the 25 minutes for fresh spicy chicken.

There's a reason why this place is usually empty. Worse management ever experienced. If you ask to speak, or leave a message with, management be prepared for threats of calling the police. All because I asked for my free meal for signing up on the app. I ordered it with 2 sandwiches for my neighbor that I was giving a ride to from the hospital. Never again.
