Went ordered waited 15mins just to be told they didn't have what I ordered and I guess couldn't make cause they never offered need a new location or better staff that won't be sitting around on break while they obviously don't have what they're supposed to

Best biscuits at a fried chicken place in fort Smith and the fried chicken is always delicious only complaint about services they really need to get their drive-thru speaker setup fixed but all in all great place to get

This is the worst Churches I have been to in the country. Most of the time the chicken is greasy and tastes burnt. You can't go inside and the staff is rude. Plus the drive thru doesn't work and you have to order at the window. The condition of the building is more like a trap house than a restaurant. The last time I was here it was 2 hrs to close. I asked for spicy chicken and they told me that it would take 6 hrs to make spicy chicken. I won't go here again and recommend everyone go a mile down the road to Popeyes.

Food is ok, usually luke warm. The wait time takes over ten to 15 minutes cause the menu sigh is broken and you have to place your order at the drive thru window. Hence the long wait time.
Pay $36 for 12 chicken strips,Cole slaw,mashed potatoes and gravy and six biscuits and a bourbon smoke chicken half, chicken strips were small and puny and the half a chicken look like half a quail. I will not be going back. The smoke quail did taste good though.

My family and I pulled through the drive through at 9:45pm last night. This place closes at 10:00pm. They had a paper sign on the intercom to pull up to the window as the intercom was not working. We waited at the window for someone to come to it. We saw two employees in the building who chose to ignore us. No one came to the window, not even to tell us they decided to close early or whatever excuse they wanted to use to not attend to us. Instead, they hid from us thinking we could not see them. As we pull away we could clearly see the employees watching us drive away.

It ain't like it use to be.Very awkward atmosphere as if they are purposely making it that way so no customer dines in. NO FREE REFILLS. What fast food place doesn't give free refills on soda?! MAJORITY OF THEM NONE!!! This place is the only fast food chain I've been to and dined in and they say no free refills. That's bulls*it.The food was okay....but you know most people like to feel comfortable in their surroundings while they eat but this place ain't where you wanna bring your family for family nights, a date, much of anything that has to do with a group it will just be awkward and lose your appetite.
