I have Celiac Disease and I have eaten at 20-30 cold stone creamery's in mutiple states. All of them could serve me gluten free except for the one local to me. Showed the allergen list but stated it had to be hand mixed not the blender. I was told they could not serve me gluten free. Wheat, Barley, and Rye are gluten, for ice cream wheat is what I need to avoid usually. they have allergy list for wheat. Owners to need educate and train staff better for allergies. Franchise needs to enforce quality here.

I had an incredible experience at Cold Stone! The moment I walked in, I was greeted to a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was not only friendly but also quick in preparing my custom creation. The ice cream itself was smooth, creamy, and full of flavor, with the perfect balance of… wait for it… Gummy Bears. I loved how they made my order right in front of me and efficiently. The variety of flavors and toppings makes it easy to find something new to try every visit. Safe to say, I’ll be back!
