I didn't get a picture, I got the strawberry delight (I think that's the name) and it was AMAZING. The whipped cream in the ice cream is the way to go. I was having an especially rough day and this was exactly what I needed, the person behind the counter was especially nice and we had good conversation! I'll be back ?

Very clean, lovely atmosphere, with fast + friendly service! Such nice people were working, I really enjoyed them. They made me a delish Chocolate Truffle ice cream mixed with coconut flakes + chocolate chips, + bc I couldn’t decide on just 1, they made me a Raspberry Sorbet shake to go with it- perfection!! Will be back!!

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac, so I have to ask about gluten everywhere I go to eat, which is already embarrassing to me. But they were super nice about it + answered my questions. Some places are Not as nice about it, + actually as if you’re expecting them to cater to your diet choices, + I guess don’t realize that it’s a DIETARY RESTRICTION for a lot of us! It’s Soooo nice, as someone who’s new to having to ask, to have people that don’t treat you like you’re asking them to dog sit for a week!

Delicious ice cream and clean lobby area. The coffee lovers, strawberry blonde, and peanut butter creations are our favorite! We'll definitely go back again!

Oh MAN I'm so happy I found this place today!!!! The sweet little baby that made my waffle mudslide is my new hero! Everyone in there was super sweet and patient with me, as I've never been to Coldstone before, this is a great work day break time yummy! Especially on a hot day, delicious ?

Genuinely the worst ice cream I’ve ever had me and my boyfriend got two completely different flavors, spent $20 and threw away more than half of both of ours. And there was a hair in it when I went to dump it love that. Also the employees were very dismissive more concerned about their conversation than helping, the mouse I saw outside was nicer than them.

Don't come here if you're expecting it to be like another (or at least well ran) cold stone creamery. While yes this location is new, it appears all of the employees were just rushed through their training to be ready for opening. Cupcakes in the main freezer had been melting prior to icing and ice cream could be seen in bottom of containers. They were either not properly stored in the blast freezer prior to removal or main freezer is not cold enough. Ice creams in primary freezer had not been fluffed all day so icy bits coated the top of each bin giving a frost bitten look and taste. The ice cream that was made on the stone was also done improper. The stone was not scraped, the worker put the ice cream on the stone covered in ice bits and spread Graham cracker over the ice cream before balling it up and putting it in the cup. If there was any "chop chop fold fold" it's was for less than a second which resulted in the ice cream both not having mix-ins properly distributed but as well the ice cream retained a firm texture. As a former cold stone manager, this is one of the most poorly trained stores I have been to. I won't be back, but I hope it improves with time and when the owner revisits training with their employees. The one bright side, the seating area for customers was very clean and well maintained.

Sure have missed coldstone! It's been 18 years since I've had my coffee ice cream heath bar and Carmel ice cream in a chocolate dip waffle bowl!
It's nice when a little bit of home follows u where ever u go!

This was an absolute disaster!!! 6 people working, could not tell who was in charge. There was no communication between employees to one another or interaction with guests.
After standing in line, for over 30 min. 16 people in front of my group, my daughter was given her selection went and sat down. From when I stood to order my selection to paying was 15 minutes. Absolutely absurd!!!
The young ladies were struggling so bad at just trying to scoop out the ice cream to make orders while guys watched and waited to get what they were needing to get for their orders. No sense of urgency or camaraderie or teamwork.
Andy’s Ice Cream is right down the road. They are my recommendation.

Over Priced for the quality and quantity of product you buy , customer service was complete utter trash , to busy flirting with customers while leaving other customers waiting . Rude and disrespectful employees to the black ladies that works in the back . Especially you can tell the workplace favoritism between employees and there isn’t hidding it . I would not recommend this place . You get better quality and quantity for the price you pay here at braums not to mention better customer service by far
