I have Celiac Disease and I have eaten at 20-30 cold stone creamery's in mutiple states. All of them could serve me gluten free except for the one local to me. Showed the allergen list but stated it had to be hand mixed not the blender. I was told they could not serve me gluten free. Wheat, Barley, and Rye are gluten, for ice cream wheat is what I need to avoid usually. they have allergy list for wheat. Owners to need educate and train staff better for allergies. Franchise...
