Every time I come to this bakery they are the most shocking people. They don't know how to run businesses. There is no communication between employees on how to run the business. One says one thing and the other says another. I let the first bad experience go but with two it's the last straw. I do not recommend going to this bakery if you are looking for good customer service. Arguing with a client about what the employee said is no way to handle a situation.

Nunca eh ido a un negocio donde los trabajadores se ponen a descutir con los clientes por un mal entendido entre travajador(s) y dueño(s). Definitivamente sera la ultima vez en esta panederia. En este punto deberian saber como administrar un negocio. Entiendo que compre una gran cantidad de pan (22) pero me dijeron "tenemos que dejar pan para nuestros clientes regulares porque nunca nos an visto alli”, no está bien y me dijeron "Delicias Hernández tiene la mala costumbre de comprar mas de 80 teleras a la vez y el pan questa mucho tiempo para hacer. Eso no es mi problema. Como dije, ya deberian saber como administrar un negocio. Criticar a otros negocios no esta bien. Al contrario, deberian estar agradecido por tener negocio y no quejarte de cuanto uno compra. Digo esto porque solo compramos esta gran cantidad una vez cada 3 meses. No hice un pedido porque la última vez otro travajador dijo "solo agaralos" con la cara apestosa. Asi que ponganse de acuerdo con las reglas para que no se pongan a decutir con uno adelante de otros clientes.

I love their sweet bread! The carnitas are also good. I wish they still made tortillas. I haven't found a place that makes fresh tortillas in Fort Smith yet.

Be more careful with the food. I bought some tamales and I was upset. I had a fly and a larva, please be more careful.

Exceptional tamales! Really good selection of bakery goods. Nicely filled churros. Service was good. Prices reasonable.Found my new favorite bakery!

la muchacha quien nos atiendo fue muy grosera, no se si es manager o que. este negocio nunca va tener buenas críticas con la gente como ella. y lo de todo, muchas de las críticas que ya estan puestas por otra gente dicen lo mismo!!
