There was a younger guy working there today (Sunday) and he was super friendly. Great customer service. He suggested my daughter try the cotton candy and she loved it! Even though it was cotton candy it was still pretty creamy, way better than the rainbow flavor.

A one story mall, many stores to chose from. Not much in the food court - but for a small mall it had a few of the good stores. Very clean and had security

I'm sure dippin dots themselves is a fine establishment but the place located in the central mall is disgusting. They let employees let their friends behind the counter and let them sit on the counter with their barefeet on the top. And, the management sees no issue in this. So, no don't eat there. I'd also like to state that ms taylor ball who left a glowing 5 star review has been harassing me and my sister for bringing attention to the issue of bare feet. Also, she admitted to not living anywhere near this establishment and having made up a story about this place.

It's disgusting to know that someone had their gross feet all up on the counters where people SERVE FOOD.
