So ordered a pizza tonight and it showed up and you can see it in picture 1, then called spoke to Caleb. Ordered a new Pepperoni, Green Pepper, Mushroom pizza and received an all jalapeños pizza. Then called back and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. The Customer care and service really needs to improve after this at this location

Place seems to run good around lunch time, dont order dinner though. I dont know the shifts but the later it gets the worse the food turns out. You end up getting something way different then you order.

This place used to be great, have been ordering 5-10 times a month for probably a year now, never had a problem. They messed up my last order and the one i just got was way late, complained to the guy taking my money and he just blamed it on new management and didn't seem interested in hearing my concerns, tried calling and was put on hold for 5 minutes, that's their last strike, done here.

Called an order to be delivered and waited an hour and a half then we call back to find out the order was never placed and they would not adjust anything for their screwups. This was the Rogers Avenue location. This will be the last time they get our business.
