NOT what you want to see after driving half hour away to grab you Dunking this is crazy who honestly thought it was a good idea to serve that!??? burnt! unfortunately dint catch that till i driven back home or id flip shit on them my drink was over powered by the vanilla syrup it taste like they dropped the whole bottle of vanilla swirl in there the staff need retraining on drink making cause i dont recall my drink being made with the swirl its too thick instead the regular vanilla sugar shots would of done i should of cought it sooner as i used to work at a Dunking so i know theres no way a drink should be tasting this awful and overpowered first time coming here and my last

Love the variety of items they offer from coffee to breakfast items. However, between 730 am. and 8 a.m., the wait times can be up to 30 minutes. It appears they are understaffed and not able to keep up with taking orders and handing out orders in a timely manner. Causing most of the delays. The last thing is the smell in the drive thru from the trash near the drive thru entrance. Some days, it's barely noticeable, and other times, it's downright terrible. Overall, 3 out of 5 because I love their coffee, but the wait times are consistently slow.

This place has seriously went down hill. Waited 15 minutes for a frozen coffee that I put in as mobile order 10 minutes before arriving

So,I had a tooth pulled. It's been 3 days but tharea around my extracted tooth is still tender. I told the assoc. that I needed soft food and cold drink that wasn't too sweet. And...that is Exactly what I got! + I got a lid on my drink that allows me to sip instead suck. Sucking would dislodge the blood clot and might lead to an infection and alot of Pain. Thanks guys! Good job!
i ordered coffee on the app and they gave me black coffee with cold foam on top. we asked for creamer at least and they handed us little cups which isn’t bad but a dude in a rainbow flannel shirt came up to the window and stood behind the dude at the window and started laughing. me and my big ol family haven’t been to dunkin since they got a new crew. this is just awful.

Service was superb. Food was timely and coffee was hot and fresh. It’s refreshing to go into an establishment these days and get superior service. The manager on duty was giving high fives to her team and letting them know they were doing a good job. Just a positive and feel good experience. I’ll be back for sure.
