I normally get great, friendly service at this location! However I encountered an extremely rude employee this morning. The first issue was that they were out of 1/2 of the coffees listed on the menu inside. I changed my order due to this and attempted to use one of the mobile offers for the first time. The employee just stared at me as I showed it to her and rolled her eyes because I didn't know I had to click the scanner part. After scanning it she read the total back to me (which was the same as before the offer) I said "oh, it looks like it didn't take anything off" and she let out a sigh and said "yep" instead of attempting to assist me. Overall her tone was very rude and I didn't enjoy the sighs and eye rolls. I understand this might not be the funnest job ever but I also work in customer service and there is no reason to be rude to someone who has given you no reason to.... Dunkin needs to re-evaluate some of their staff (and their attitude) . Needless to say I was tired of the attitude and walked out without getting anything.

Total garbage. They were out of the three special and advertised drinks that were still featured on their menu board, they were sold out of a lot of their donuts (at 10 a.m.), giving very little choice, and the donuts we were able to order (6 total: old fashioned, bavaria and vanilla creams, and double chocolate) tasted and felt like day old, all for $13 and some change. We won't be returning here. There is a new donut shop just up the road from there and I don't care what time of day you go, it's always fresh!

The food is good . BUT, THE SERVICE. I was at the drive thru and told her to give me a minute. But, instead I was asked, are you okay? Do you know what you want? Anything I can help you with. I would normally consider that great service but this was in a 30 second time span. So it was pretty frustrating and rude, and left me feeling rushed. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THEY HAD.

This place has already got my Morning off wrong. This is my first time and it was the worst service. I pulled in and was looking at the menu three dif ppl came over the speaker at dif times within 3 min. I felt I was pressured to hurry as there were NO CARS behind me. I spent $34.00 to be rushed to pay and three ppl standing at the window to hand my food. Won't be going back.
