The food and everything was good but the service was so bad. We were having trouble with a new card and the staff member helping us was impatient and more concerned with the tip. Then, as we were leaving, we picked everything up and were bringing our baskets inside from the outdoor eating area and someone we assumed was the night manager told us we needed to pick up our area. We were already cleaning the area to begin with. I understand customer service is frustrating and thankless but we were treated with hostility.The blonde girl in the back seemed nice tho.

I love firehouse sub. It's my favorite sandwich store. I took my grandkids to eat there around 7 pm in fort Smith on Rogers. The food was excellent. When we were done I took everything in to the trash. As we were leaving the manager, a black lady, asked us to go clean the mess weade. The thing is that all that was left was a ti y scrap of meat and lettuce on the ground under the table. I left a tip, and put all of the trash and baskets away. There was no reason for her to be rude to us. Also always before I have been greeted loudly when walking into the store. That was lacking tonight. Thank you.

I paid almost $30 to have a large beef and cheddar basket sandwich delivered. The sandwich arrived without mayo or BBQ sauce, which are both on the menu and I did not request them to be removed.I am very, very unlikely to order from this establishment again after spending so much money for them to only get the order wrong.

Food is usually on-point.The workers are always friendly.Not much to say on the atmosphere, it's a sandwich shop.Parking: The lot is shared with a couple other places. It isn't big, but it is also rarely crowded.Kid-friendliness: They have kid combos, but if your kid is not a toddler I recommend a small or medium combo.Wheelchair accessibility: Large double doors and designated handicapped table.

29$ for 2 sandwiches. I asked for mustard but no mayo on my engineer. They left off the lettuce tomato and onion. When I asked if they could add the roughly 1$ worth of veggies onto my 15$ sandwich, the manager refused. When I said I would not be back, he said theres the door. Rude and worthless. Do not eat here.
