Firehouse Subs Zero Street

I stopped coming to this store for years due to poor service, I can tell you now the place has made a 180, the food is perfect and the people are great, the lady (chaloula)? Sorry if that's wrong, was so sweet and u could tell she don't play no games. 10/10 will go again

We tried calling in an order and the person that answered the phone was so rude that we hung up. So we put an order in through the app. There is no place on the app to sub one meat for the other so we had to call again. The same person answered and was extremely rude again. When we went to pick up the food, she began interrogating my daughter about who let her sub meat before and lecturing about the cost of the food. If I was able to cancel my order I would have. I normally don't review businesses but we were so upset with our experience that I felt the need. Normally we have no problems and enjoy eating at this particular store. They did get our order right so there's that. But I don't think we'll go there for awhile.

The absolute worst customer service this evening. When we got home and looked, our sandwiches did not have everything we asked for on them. And to top it off they didn't put my entire order in the bag.

I placed an order online that went through and I got my receipt at 11: AM 30 a.m. it told me my order would be ready at 11:45. 11:55 I did ask how much longer it would be and they had not even started my sandwiches and told me that it does take time ma’am as if 25 minutes wasn’t long enough to make a sandwich. They were extremely rude and then accused me of screaming at them when I didn’t even raise my voice so at that point I see this is about to really take an ugly turn so I said to them well I think at this point I might be interested in just getting a refund the manager yells at me “then I need to know right now” and I said then fine ma’am go ahead and give me a refund. When my husband did call up there later and ask for a general managers name so that we could file a complaint she told my husband she was the general manager(Her name is Bea) and if we didn’t like their food to just not come back and then hung up on him, I have never been treated that way in a Firehouse Subs. It was really a very unfortunate and embarrassing situation and I’ll never spend another dime with them again. But they do have a serious serious problem with their Fort Smith store on zero Street that needs to be addressed quickly. and from the look of their reviews, there’s quite a few people having this problem with them. It is one of the most unprofessional and horrible food experiences I’ve ever had.

employees can't answer a phone and general appearance and attitude will ruin this store. they have always been so friendly and helpful. we did not eat there - even though they were rude- it was because they said they couldn't make change for 3 foot long meals from a $100 bill. sounds like bad business is affecting the till?

I walked in to an empty store. There was a male and female employee. The male was cleaning the lobby. I walked in and put water into my cup, right in front of the male, and then walked to the front to ask the female where mobile orders can be picked up. She replied, “Are you going to pay for what’s in that cup?” I told her it was water. No apologies for insinuating I was stealing, she asked, “What’s the name on the order?” I told her and she just said, “2:45”. She was very rude and has no business being the customer service part of this business.

Saturday 8-10, about 4:00. Kids behind the counter were fine. Woman with firehouse uniform was sitting outside the door with a man in who didn't have a uniform on. That man was behind the counter using the f word. Not sure if he works there or not but he was using foul language and loud enough as I waited for my food I could hear it. Fortunately I was the only person in the place.

Came in with no one in line. Two groups eating. Had the longest wait EVER at the many Firehouse e have eaten
TWO people order behind us got their food before we did. Our was RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. Not at all what we have experienced ever in the past.

Portion sizes and the amount of meat on the sub were an absolute joke. The store was well kept and Dee, who was working the register, was friendly. I was under the impression that the kids meal came with an actual dessert like one of the cookies, but it came with a Halloween size rice crispy treat. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. Way too expensive.
