We had a great experience at Freddy’s in fort smith and Bobby is awesome!! He treated us with the utmost respect and kindness! We will definitely be back because of him!

The food here has repeatedly been great. I love the jalapeño pepper jack burger and the jalapeño fry sauce. The folks working here were cordial and even respectful enough to offer up some free milkshakes that were made, in excess, and were going to be tossed if someone didn't want them. My daughter was surprised to get that treat after the meal, as were two other kiddos. It was nice to see the staff happily deliver some desserts to a table with older customers instead of just calling their number and making them shuffle up to the front again. The space is kept clean and all items were stocked.

They actually got my order mixed up on first drive thru but as soon as I realized it they immediately corrected the issue. Super apologetic and super fast fix. Food was great service was quick. In their defense they were slammed with people in peek hours so they did fantastic for the situation.

Pre order custom custard for my birthday, arrived early, it was supposed to be hard packed was very soft and liqudy, put in freezer for 3 hrs still looking like ice milk.
Went to eat some but every cherry has a stem on it, had to stop and pull each one off.
Will never order or recommend.
