People running the truck were so rude. I was standing at the window for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. 2 different employees looked right at me like I was being a pest then continued on ignoring me. I just decided to walk away and not eat there.

So glad we stopped in front of this food truck!!! We got a sample of strawberry lemonade, peach tea, fish, Mac and cheese and the secret sauce! We were hooked!!! Everything we ordered was amazing!!!! Can’t wait for them to come to Sallisaw!!!!

I ordered from fresh start seafood last week and let me tell you I been trying to get another plate ever since. I love my vegetables and cornbread so for sure I go the greens and two pieces of cornbread with some lemon pepper wings. It was not disappointing at all. If you have a taste for some down home southern cooking like your Grandma used to make you gotta try em. I will figure out when they back open and try something else. Until then they are rated 10 out of 10 for me.
Pretty good food. The alligator is great. It isn't muddy and they cook it up right. I do wish the serving was bigger but they have to make a living. The service is great. While you're waiting, they'll give you samples of menu items. There is a wait after you order but that's because it's being made fresh. The pricing is reasonable for this type of food. I look forward to trying the crab.
We ordered the Hook'em boil, medium spicy. The food was so oily that we couldn't even hold on to it to peel off the shells. I expected a crab boil, not crab in oil. My husband liked their fried catfish last time, but the boils are definitely not what we expected or wanted. My poor stomach. ?

Excellent fish and shrimp. Their Mac and cheese is homemade. Okra was good, also. They have been at foot of Fianna on weekends, and they are well visited. The workers are extra friendly and let you have a taste bite before you decide what to order. Doubt any truck could do better.

Just left pool therapy & I haven't been here inna while & I'm starving, a little on the HANGRY side??? and ready 2have "The Fresh Start Delicious Experience" I said it FIRST 1st!!! They have the best ? pudding in town, hands down❣️❣️❣️? The ??drink has real fruit in it, it's sooooo delicious& refreshing ????
