The food is awesome! What's sad is when a business doesn't close until 8 in the evening but stops answering their phone at 7:15. I called multiple times before I finally drove there. They were inside but had the doors locked 25 minutes before closing.

I’m from Springfield MO and ordered the Cashew Chicken - wasn’t Springfield style, but it was super good! Basically a sweet and sour chicken with some super awesome fried rice! It was a HUGE portion! Took me like three days to eat it all haha. Very fast service too!

I think their wontons and shrimp fried rice were sweetened and tasted mildly sweet. Not fo me. Wontons were supposed to be crab wontons but there was no crab. Tasted like they mixed a little bit of pineapple jelly into the cream cheese. Not my thing.

Huge portions, good variety, and excellent food, but every other aspect of the dining experience is frustrating. I've tried dining in and taking out several times, and it's always a long wait, poor or absent communication or attention from the staff for upwards of 10 minutes (20 minutes today) after seating, and there are always dirty glasses, tables or cutlery (all three today). If my kid didn't love their food so much, I would be far more critical.
Parking: Be prepared to park in the dirt beside the tiny parking area, and try not to breathe until you walk past the dumpsters that stink up the entire back end of the property. The parking area smells as bad as a mound of manure left in an uncleaned chicken coop filled with compost.

I'm no longer spending money on food that is not satisfying to me. I have supported this business for many years. However I never know if it's going to be good and fresh tasting, flavorful, or if the rice is going to all be stuck together. They aren't truly putting any care into it anymore. It's not as good as it used to be. It's more like they're busy and just throwing it together. I've even had to take my fried rice back before and the lady looked at it and said oh they must have used too much water, so she's acknowledging that they're not doing it right. I never talk about businesses but I can no longer spend my money and not know what I'm getting because there's no consistency. I will no longer continue to play Russian roulette. I spend too much money. The last times that I have purchased it, I have had a tray full of rice at the end cuz it didn't taste good and just picked the meat out. It's a waste of my time And for sure a waste of my money.
