Fuji is one of mine and my wife's favorite places to eat in Fort Smith. My favorite items are the Sushi & Sashimi Combo and the Rainbow Roll, my wife usually gets the Hibachi Chicken and sometimes a California Roll. The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is quick and checks on the table pretty often. Fuji is one of our special occasion restaurants because it never disappoints!
Be careful when dining here. The receipt they bring shows suggested tip options and a total to pay, and that’s the one you sign. Everything looks normal, so you might even leave a cash tip like we did. But when you check your bank statement later, they’ve already added a 22% tip that is NOT clearly reflected on the receipt.

Great steakhouse. Everything you'd expect from a hibachi restaurant. Consistent, clean, and tasty. But nothing jumps out at you.
For the locals this place is date night central. If you're visiting from out of town, keep that in mind. There is also a mid day closure between lunch and dinner which can affect deliveries. Overall a great place with a few quirks.
