Salad was good, no croutons though. They had crackers you could crumble if that's your thing. I ordered a slice one salad and a drink for a little under 12 bucks. One slice of pepperoni that I did not finish. Wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. It was just okay. Slice was very dry. Boarder line no sauce pizza. It needs more sauce desperately. I wish they would cook slice when ordered or at least toss it back in the oven for a minute or two. I wouldn't recommend. But I'm not hating it either. Just not for me. Won't return.

This version of Genos is terrible. I don't know what they did to change up the recipe, but this is garbage. I remember the greasy pepperoni on a thin crust that was excellent. Tonight, the crust was an inch thick with few toppings and no flavor. This is the 4th time in a row regarding low quality. Employees are rude as well (again).
We contacted management and there was absolutely no concern from him. Will never be back.

First time customer and just passing through. I was impressed. You walk into a clean restaurant that gives off local pizza vibes. It is definitely a family friendly environment and with a salad bar to boot! The customer service was fabulous, offering to give us fresh slices with ranch that came out piping hot. For a little over $3 a slice (One was enough for me! They’re large!), it’s hard to beat. If you’re looking for a chain restaurant flavor, this isn’t it. This is a delicious local flavor with friendly faces and I would absolutely eat here again.

Haven't eaten here in about 4 years (last time was different location) but it was great as usual. I got a slice of sausage & a side salad with ranch & an unsweet tea. First off their tea is the best in town! Way better than Sonic. Salad was super fresh as well as the dressing. Pizza was as great as it's always been.

Parking: Not a huge parking lot but big enough for regular size vehicles.

So here's the deal.... The woman that answered the phone was really nice and helpful with my order but when I got there it all kinda went downhill...

First the front door was locked at like 8:10 pm even though I thought the door said it's open til 9 but ok... So I went to the drive through window for my pizza but it was high and awkward for me in my car.

When I tried the pizza it had good seasoning and cheese but.... The sauce? I mean there is no sauce...? The crust was crispy and has good flavor but the pizza taste... Dry? Yeah I think dry is the best way I can describe it honestly. I shouldn't have to order pizza with extra sauce to get a normal amount of sauce...

If they at least tell me the lobby is closing early when I order for pickup, and add more sauce it would definitely be a better place until then? I can't really suggest it due to some things they can change and things they can't (the drive through window)

Fantastic supreme pizza! Crust was perfect not too thin and not too thick- it was just right!

Kid-friendliness: There were kids in there on a Saturday . But they weren’t a problem -I was enjoying the company of my best friend and her daughter, my oldest daughter, and 2 of my friends granddaughters!

They had a location on S. Towson 15-20 years ago and stopped by on a trip and got a large thin crust pepperoni and cheese for like 9 bucks. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Ate half on the trip and brought the other half home. Really surprised Ft Smith has that good of a pizza!

Every time I come into town this is a stop I have to make. Amazing pizza and the best ranch in town.
