Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Not the absolute worst of the worst but there definitely has to be better places to eat at out there. Pricing is kind of ridiculous but also it is a buffet.

Our server Lisa was very nice and attentive....even though she had other tables ..one of which had a group of 25. She still ask us if we wanted refills and cleared our plates quickly. Food was decent, but some things like the roasted chicken and chicken and dumplings lacked flavored....that salt & pepper couldn't even fix. But everything we had was fresh and hot if it was supposed to be. We went during dinner rush on a weekend. They had a LOT of things mislabeled though. Brussel sprouts labeled a pot roast, carrots labeled as corn.... And lots of others.

For the price... You could get a very nice steak dinner cheaper at other restaurants...for the cost of one dinner 🍽 Here. At Western Sizzlin for two people is about $10.00 cheaper. We had a party of seven.. our waitress not one time cleared our table of plates...we just stacked them on the table behind us. Filled our drinks once... acted like she was frustrated when my wife asked her to take my dirty plate from the table 😒... my brother in law said he would not be back again.. cost is too high for the service you get. I agree.. my wife and I will more than likely eat some other buffet restaurant before returning here.

Food on the floors, dirty tables, everywhere. We arrived around 7:30 so there was plenty of time to clean up after dinner peak. Buffet was great.

The place was dirty, particularly around the salad and dessert bars, where they delayed replacing bowls before adding fresh ingredients like salad dressings. One bowl was crusty, yet they used the same spoons to serve fresh salad dressing from it. The area was extremely unhygienic, and it was obvious the employees were disengaged. This was our second visit, and the unpleasant atmosphere remained. We will not be returning. I would not recommend eating there.

First time at this eatery. I thought I could order steak, but couldn't. However, I decided to eat here anyway. Buffet areas were loaded with tasty food, and the service personnel were always checking on me to make sure that I had everything I needed. A pleasant experience, reasonably priced. I am planning on returning.
