Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to the table. Put in drink order and food order at the same time. Was one of only three tables there (the other two already had their food when we walked in). Four tables came in after and all got their food before we did. We waited for an hour and still never got our entree. The food is great quality but the service is horrible. This is not our first bad experience with service, will not go again.

The food was absolutely delicious! The meat was very flavorful as was everything else, very good. The service on the other hand was absolutely atrocious. Never got my drink order so asked for water and finally got it when I was done eating. Another person in my party asked for sauce and that never showed. Horrible service, awesome food. I'm torn on going back or not.

When my daughter and son in law come in to visit us from Dallas the Green Papaya is a must. We have been eating there for years and I have to say that the Pho is the best i have had and the atomosphere is so relaxing and we always have the best visit ever when we dine there. Oh and you have to check out the aquarium, we have watched the fish grow over the years. I think you will be pleased with the dining experience at the Green Papaya.

The waitress was super rude, unprofessional and racist to my friends and I on our last visit there. She outright said things against my culture/race and made us feel very uncomfortable. Will not be returning. This location just lost loyal customers.

Very good food. I was amazed when I entered the restaurant cause from the outside it looks very run down and not attracting at all ,, but then you go inside and it's very clean and looks inviting. Service was very good and I he food was very good. Restrooms are very clean and have soap and towels. I ordered roast duck with side of rice and it was perfect.

The restaurant is akin to an old dark Dairy Queen. There's no reason to eat here. Get it to go! The food is yummy with a large take out crowd.

The waitress who was working on September 16, 2023 literally asked my friends and family if they were Indian and then asked why Indians and Black people usually don’t tip (long before the check was even received and first time to that restaurant) and proceeded to talk about how her employer Green Papaya doesn’t care enough to cover the difference to meet the federal minimum wage salary (because they’re a smaller restaurant) in case they don’t make enough from tips that week.
