Gusano’s Chicago Style Pizzeria

I ordered the deluxe 12” with ranch dressing on the side, but when my order arrived it didn’t have the extra $1 of ranch that was paid for. I called to let them know and the girl that answered looked my order up and said “well, I don’t know why the kitchen didn’t add the ranch.” Ridiculous!

The pizza was awful. The price wasn't what was listed online. The pizza we ordered was listed at 22 dollars. They charged us 27 plus tax making it 30 dollars. We used to really like this pizza place. We won't ever shop here again.

Went on Saint Patrick’s Day and the food took forever to come out. It was delicious, and there was a giant noisy table of people bogarting the kitchen and servers which is why the food took forever but we were so hungry that waiting 40 minutes was torture

Cool vibes at the place but the pizza sucks. Tried it twice. First time was trying the deep dish and a recommended regular pizza. They were both bad. A few years later (today) I ordered a margarita pizza and built a regular pizza, they were terrible. The service was decent, the place is nice, the vibe is cool but they really drop the ball with the food. The margarita pizza is sooooooooo bad. So far they have the worst pizza I’ve ever had and the worst excuse for a margarita pizza that I’ve ever had. 100% not worth the money at all !!!!!! I spent almost 30$ on a “margarita pizza” and it was so far off the mark I really want my money back but I’ll take my L. I really will never come back.

I can't really put a star bc we weren't here long enough to get our drinks. Me and my husband and kids were so excited to eat here! We get seated and the waitress took our drink orders and20 minutes went by and still no drinks and didn't come back to take our order. There were a group of younger men that came in after us and ordered beer and they got their drinks before us. We were walking out headed to another place to eat and the front counter lady asked if everything was okay and my husband said no it's not we've been here over 20 mins and still haven't gotten our drinks. The young men who were just seated 5 mins ago already have their beer so we are done waiting around and are going somewhere else .

Side Caesar salad was over dressed, and lettuce was discolored, might be why they over dressed, but it was obvious, but not a deal breaker,
The calzone on the other hand was delicious, my server took good care of me.

intentionally and maliciously hurt people through lies. The last 3 times ive picked up an order here its been a 10-15 minute longer wait when the order was "ready". Instead of simply adjuating their prep time, they lie and say its lower to get more people to order. This behavior is completely unacceptable and their lies hurt real people but they couldn't care less.
