Service was great, they made sure my sandwiches and fries were fresh and the perfectly made. It wasnt too messy but had enough of everything on it. The young lady who took my orders name was Malady and she did a superb job and definitely has excellent customer service skills!! I will most definitely be back!!

The wife and I were at a local craft show with a booth of our crafts. The wife got hungry and wanted me to pick up a couple of burgers. I went to Hardee's, ordered two regular burgers and a small fri. When I got back to the craft fair and our booth, the wife was busy with customers so I decided to eat first then switch places and let her go. I bit into my burger, chewed for a minute and thought "man, this burger seems awfully dry". I opened it up and what I found was a thin piece of meat that one could probably read a newspaper through and three pickles. There was no mustard, no catsup, no nothing. I am so disappointed with what I paid almost 8.00 for. I think I was more mad than disappointed.

We can’t say enough great things about this location. We’re typically headed home right before closing and the staff is always so polite. We had an order that wasn’t quite right and Stacy took the time to cook fresh food, bring it out to us and even gave us an apple pie for our wait. We appreciate associates who care about their customers experience. The food was hot, fresh and we’re hooked on the apple pies!! The Best customer service came from Stacy and her team, we appreciate you!

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate this Fort Smith Hardy's. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE 1985! I now live in northern Van Buren and I make the trip at least twice a week to get the best fast food breakfast in either city! The staff is friendly and courteous and helpful and the food is always perfect! Breakfast is Warm and fast at 6am ! We lost our hardys in Van Buren. Fort Smith is lucky to have this location still providing excellent food and service at fair prices.

The biscuits and gravy are delicious and wasn't as expensive as I expected. I recommend breakfast as an "easy on your pocketbook" meal however lunch and dinner are a bit more pricey.
