I just moved from Florida to fort Smith Arkansas. I have been all around the United States and this is by far the worst Hooters I have ever been to.We ordered buffalo shrimp an buffalo wings,it took over a hour and a half.Also the waitress was very unfriendly.I can not believe that not one thing was wrong but everything was poor I will never go back to that astablishment

I had a really good experience at Hooters tonight. Susy Was very nice, very pleasant with me. Had her patience very kind and sweet person. I will go back there if she was there. And of course, she was very beautiful tonight.

When we arrived two waitresses acted like they didn’t want to wait on our party. Group of 8 and we ordered appetizers and entrees and each had our drinks refilled once and all drinks were empty for most of the time there. Never asked how our orders were or they turned out ok but wanted us to help her win a contest by buying deserts for the table. Overall service was 2/10. Service 2/10, portions 2/10 and taste 2/10. Will definitely choose other places in Fort Smith to eat at.

We had a party of 8 and service was SLOW. They weren’t crazy busy yet our drinks were empty pretty much the whole time. Our server never cleared our plates. Now the food: the burgers had no seasoning and the wings, the honey siracha sauces was SO good but the wings themselves, I’ve never seen them so small. Just seemed really chintzy for what we were paying for them. I’ve never been to the fort smith location but overall it was pretty underwhelming and kind of a waste of money.

Just ate there for lunch earlier today and they only had two girls working the floor and two girls behind the bar and the Service was alright the girl who show me and my buddy where to sit at was real nice and friendly and the waitress that took our order was nice and friendly but they didn’t have enough girls there to work if they get real busy the boneless wings was good other than that it was good but it wasn’t worth the trip there to fort Smith I give our waitress five dollar tip

I feel like I need pills for depression after grabbing supper here. I left a 100% tip because I felt so bad for the workers. If you hate your job that much... just quit. I just want to eat supper at a place that doesn't have crying kids or depressed bartenders.
