Tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time and we returned 4 times in the first week of trying it! The subs are fresh and are sooo good. Super friendly and clean environment, highly recommend it over any other sandwich shop.

Great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The team was friendly and efficient, and I especially want to give a shout-out to one employee who was constantly working hard. I believe his name was Matt (he had a mustache). If he wasn’t on the grill, he was cleaning, sweeping, or wiping down tables. Super friendly with all the guests too. He really stood out!

It takes over 30 minutes to get a sandwich. I love the food but the place is not that great. No body communicates. They just stare at you. Already waiting over 30 minutes went to get my order and my order of 2 sandwiches and they gave me one. I know my food will be good but I won't come bail to wait for 50 minutes on sandwiches

The two girls making ng my food were super friendly. Very engaging and open atmosphere. Food was pretty good. Not quite as good as Firehouse (for me anyways) but I will definitely be back. Never going to subway again lol.

First time at a jersey mikes. We got them mikes way and the full meal deal and delicious cookies! The girl dad (congrats on #2) and 2 ladies working were very polite and helpful and professional. Seemed like a really great crew!!!! Oh yea and The sandwich was soooo goood! Will be back
It is so loud inside this building. Also no outdoor seating so there is literally no escape. Sandwich is good

Servers couldn't follow directions in preparation of sandwiches i repeatedly asked them to do. It was like they tuned me out. I simply asked to grill the bun on one of the sandwiches. Instead they grilled the meat on both sandwiches. Horrible. See pic.

My fiance loves the food. Honestly I didn't care for the workers. Just a bunch of young kids working. That being said young people should be employed and learn responsibility. The problem with the workers at JM. Is its just a job. Which I get but I don't take this as an acceptable excuse to treat customers and the product like another number. Very sassy and you could feel the attitude. If I don't want my subs the Mike's way that should be perfectly fine. Maybe I'm just getting old and particular. Visit and you will see what I'm talking about. Matter of fact you will feel it from the young brats.

I seen on tiktok that you could get a sub sandwich for your birthday so I went up there and told them it's my birthday yet I couldn't get a sub bc I didn't have the app for a year the video doesn't say that you have to have the app to get your free sub it was kinda embarrassing so probably won't be going to Jersey Mike's any longer
