Decent coffee, both times we've been the guy was rude and the ice chunks were so big in the drinks couldn't be enjoyed due to the straws clogging every drink.

You should fire Vanessa. She was very rude and messed up on my order & didn’t even want to remake it when I asked nicely. She gave me attitude right when I got up there.
