Jordan and Jessica both deserve 10 stars for their customer service skills. I eat here frequently, and this is the only time I can say that the people that were working were friendly.

Went through the drive the ordered 16 piece tender meal for 55.00 plus. Was shorted 6 pieces. Took my order in to show that I didn't get all my tenders, the girl in the back told the guy she had put 16 in it but to throw it away and get me fresh. I told her I was not a lier and had not eaten any of it. Went straight from getting it from the drive through to a parking spot. I will not ever be back. I could not believe how small the chicken strips were. The were smaller then a potato wedge

Terrible. Original recipe is NOT the original recipe. Hard and dried out. Got a 8 piece bucket meal and it was the skimpiest meal I have ever seen! Wont go back.
Ordered online, ordered a family bucket. Didn't get the gravy, biscuits were smashed or crushed, chicken was soggy and fries were cold. Spent $50 I wish I hadn't.

If I could give less stars I would. We waited for almost 30 minutes for food, and it was still cold. They don’t have anything in stock. The woman who appeared to be the manager was not professional in the slightest and has no time management skills and could not get off her phone long enough to make sure food was actually getting dropped. The area around the soda machine was slick and sticky. The fries are burnt. The chicken is cold and they didn’t even have utensils for the mashed potatoes. We also were told one of the reasons we had to wait was because they had to cook fresh fries but the guys who came in after us got their food (including their fries) immediately after ordering. We will not be returning to this location for any reason. This location and manager (at least the manager working today at 830pm) is a joke.
