I can’t share any stars for Food, Service or Atmosphere as I didn’t end up getting supper for my hubby and I. It is 6:30 on a Monday evening, and after a most difficult day, we decided to pick up food to eat at home. We “wanted” a smaller family meal with 8 pcs of chicken and 1 side - BUT my husband loves spicy, and I can’t tolerate it. So I ‘attempted” to order 6 spicy dark (Nashville Hot) and 2 original recipe mild (thighs). I was immediately told that because of Health Code Requirements they could not ‘mix’ the Nashville Hot and Mild chicken, regardless of me suggesting that they use a separate container for “my” chicken. Then I was informed that they only had ‘crispy’ chicken ready, and it would be nearly 25 minutes for original recipe - but they still stated they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) mix the order. Needless to say - I left without getting any chicken. This was the 2nd fried chicken place I attempted to order from. Really, you can’t (or won’t) mix, AND you can’t see you are low on prepared chicken in order to make sure customers don’t have to wait? It wasn’t like I came for food during ‘off-peak’ hours. Dear Lord!!!!

Ridiculously slow service. I was the only one in the lobby and they took forever. They had plenty of staff but didn't seem to be in any hurry.

Do not ever go to this KFC unless you want to be charged twice and the second order not even being the right amount. I paid for my order Which was $13 then the cashier April says my card didn’t go through and she Needs my card again I give her my card back. She then charges me 16. someone make the price makes sense!? I go in after work complaining that they charged me twice and they proceeded to tell me that they can’t give me my money back.

I stopped in while traveling because I wanted to try the new original flavored tenders. I didn't have to wait long after my offer to get them and enjoy the meal.

1 of my tenders was almost bald is breading but the rest looked and tasted great. Probably my new favorite tender. Highly impressed.

Mashed potatoes are tasteless mush compared to what they were in years past. The biscuit was slightly overcooked but enjoyable.

Overall a great meal.

My boyfriend had an interview here and the management told him "come on my time not yours." When him and another person had interviews the hiring manager was very rude and disregarded anyone who scheduled an interview prior, i can only think of the management in the store.

So I wanted chicken for my family and I, so I look on my KFC app see a great deal so I place the order but it wouldn't let me change my sides so when I get there I go inside I'm at the counter and a guy come to me and ask if he could help me I tell him what has happened so he tells me I can change it for you here then Proceeds to take my order(8 tenders and 8 chicken with sides 35.00) . I pay for my order and it's 35.57 I'm like ok so I look at my recipe and my order and see I have no chicken so I tell the young guy at the register hey man I'm missing stuff from my order he then looks at my recipe and says no it's all here I said "no it was an order for Eight tenders and eight pieces of the chicken with sides" he says I can get you the chicken I said ok thanks then he say that will be 24 dollars I'm like the hell I'm not pay 24 dollars more for chicken. Then the magic comes and I explain everything to him.And he's like well.The least I can do is take four dollars off the charge. I'm like no I placed the order and it was messed up he says We can't give refunds.And I said I'm not asking for a refund.I just want my 8 pieces of the chicken and he tells me.It's gonna be $24 and I said no.I'm not paying twenty four dollars for chicken. As I'm there also a lady was having an issue with them as well.She gave me the number to corporate.I called corporas this whole time.My food is just sitting there on the counter. I speak with corporate They said they would.
Get back to me I then tell the manager I'll just take my order All this time too managers giving me attitude Rolling his eyes and wouldn't let me speak. This location is the worst i've ever had to deal with.

Do not go through the drive thru if you need to be somewhere within the next hour. Recently we had to wait 30 minutes for food that we had ordered ahead on the app, but hoped it was just a fluke. Today we had to wait nearly 45 minutes again! The food is fine but the lack of service or care is appalling. I get taking 10-15 minutes when it's busy but when no one is in line in front of me, 45 minutes for fast food is not acceptable.

What happened to the days when service actually mattered? I drove a long distance to get my food and asked that it was made freshly let them know I did not mind to wait at all however, long it took, but I get told it is fresh out of the oven to find out that that was a lie and this is the second time I will no longer be giving you guys the benefit of the wait there And make a point to talk to the manager to get it fresh

They definitely need people with better attitudes. We waited quite a while for our food and watched as they complained about the customers and I’m not sure more than 1 or 2 orders were correct. The lobby was disgusting. I wish we had went somewhere else. Prolly won’t be back. I also watched the I assume manager slam a customers food in a bag because he asked that his cold coleslaw not be put with his hot chicken! Seriously! Wow. Just wow and I’m not sure my chicken was cooked all the way lol.

I stopped before work purchasing a 16 piece bucket only thru the drive thru. With no wings not only did I get wings but I throughout 4 prices because they where black due to bruised meat. The man at the window ask to make sure I had no wings and the girl said no wings. I paid $42.69 for that mess and living 45 min away I won't go back.
