I had such a wonderful experience at Kpot in Whitehall! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. Our server Wendy was absolutely amazing – she was so kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to walk us through the menu, answered all our questions, and really made sure we had a great dining experience. One of the sweetest moments was when the staff gave my baby a duck balloon and even played peek-a-boo with him – it truly made our visit extra special. ❤️ Small details like that show how much they care about their guests. The drinks were delicious, the food was fresh, flavorful, and very filling, and overall, it felt well worth the money. The atmosphere was fun, the service outstanding, and everything came together perfectly for a memorable meal. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and an even better experience. We’ll definitely be coming back – and asking for Wendy again!
Poor explanation of what to prepare. Used a VERY strong scented table cleaner and sprayed it on the table next to us, while we were still cooking and eating. Completely ruined the experience and made us gag.
after hearing people speak about how great k pots were and seeing videos all over my daughter wanted to try it. the other day I saw that hazlet NJ on RT 35 was open so for lunch today i took my son who is 5, my daughter 9, and myself. it was a HUGE WASTE OF 75 DOLLARS. so you have to pick either from the korean BBQ or the hot pot. so my son and I wanted BBQ my daughter wanted both...the server told me if she wanted the soup we ALL had to have the soup which is an extra 5 dollar charge PER PERSON. if it was ONE big bowl of ramen to share id understand but they brought 3 individual bowls like ordering soup from somewhere else, so they basically force everyone at the table to add it if only 1 person wants it so that went to waste. shortly after starting to eat her meal my daughters stomach started bothering her weird... but anyway the food was already cooked so i asked the server if i could have a box to take the food home that we ordered and made, to eat home because my daughter didnt feel well. we didnt over order at all there was 3 of us we ordered a plate of garlic chicken, a plate of garlic shrimp, 1 plate of pork belly which is literally 2 slicices, and 1 plate of beef and a few veggies. if you have been here you know the plates are SMALL. so she said she couldnt give us a box but would have to charge us 13.99 a lb for the food to go...so my question is, WHAT DID I SPEND 75 DOLLARS ON? I didnt order more and cook it to try and take home just my first original order. also the food was bland no sauces or seasoning for the bbq they don't explain anything to you very well so if you've never done it you have no idea how long to cook the vegetables and everything else like potatoes and corn! they would take forever to cook. so they were hard and raw still after almost 35 minutes. this place is a ripoff and kind of a scam. when you go to dinner does EVERYONE HAVE TO ORDER SOUP AND BE CHARGED? NO so the manager came over and being my daughter wasnt feeling well he " only charged me 5 dollars" for food items already paid for. I dont recommend it especially if you have kids. and dont want to be forced to pay for things you don't want, oh and the Ramen we were forced to pay for that my daughter just wanted we weren't allowed to take that home either! its mind boggling. I understand at a buffet people fill plates and dont eat and then want to take mounds of food home but this was literally less than a pint of food for 75 dollars and that's their " lunch" price. I give the place a few months before they close. 0 out of 20 stars!
We visited the Connector in Dr Florence, KY, on July 4th during our road trip and were shocked by their lack of accommodation for children with special needs. Our 11-year-old son was charged the adult holiday price, despite being a very picky eater who would only eat rice. We requested a set meal for him, but were told that everyone at the table had to choose either the all-you-can-eat or set meal option, with no exceptions. When we asked if they could charge our son the kid's price, they refused, stating that they were strict about charging adult prices. They gave us two options: pay the full adult price or have our son eat alone at a separate table. We chose neither and decided to eat elsewhere.
Highly recommended! Delicious.
Our waitress was thee GREATEST !! I highly recommend asking for Regina as your waitress at kpot in Fargo ND. She’ll give you 110% great service ❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻
I went to the Arlington, Tx location on W Interstate 20 and the food was good! Jackson was my server and he was awesome—very polite, professional and friendly. It was my first time there and he explained everything and even gave me some good recommendations on the menu. I’ll definitely eat K-Pot again in the future. 👍🏽
We had an awesome time for my son’s 25th birthday. Our sevice from Julie was great! We loved the food. The hotpot was great (do the kpot flavor you won’t regret it). All the bbq we could eat and my son was super happy for his special dinner. Highly recommended.
The food is great...and plentiful! We LOVE the one in Tuscaloosa! I wish they had one in Huntsville, AL.
Wonderful experience our waitress was Heather. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were at home. I would highly recommend going for great food with family or friends. Keep up the great work Heather!

Charge you for literally just sitting there small kid option!
Great selection, sauce bar is awesome. Server Nikki is the best, attentive, friendly and overall great service. Will definitely be part of our regular dining options!
I love the food. staff very friendly and helpful. I have been several times now and have had a great experience each time.
My first experience was really great, but my second I was not so pleased with. first they had all day dinner service only posted on the front door which wasn't big which I thought was an option to find out it's not. Everyone knows dinner price is more and there was nothing special added. So I paid for dinner at lunch time more money, second I had to get the soup cause everyone else wanted it, so to get it the whole table had to agree, third I was told if I wanted to take anything I had to pay 13.99 addition which I would have paid cause I don't like to waste food. I was told at the end of the meal now I can't take my leftover, which they are going to throw away anyway. I order two shrimp they bring me one saying its a double order which it wasn't. What I don't is I'm paying but can't take what i didnt finish but they will try n charge you a waste fee. after all said it done I spent 200 for dinner at lunch time, had to cook it myself and barely had a waitress. I was not happy I felt they got over on the customers during the holiday and charged more playing it as a deal they only had one small sign on the door, but bigger signs and more then one sign for the holiday drink special.
Our first time here today celebrating my 24 anniversary with my wife. We got both the Hot Pot and Korean BBQ all you can eat. The food and service were amazing. Our waitress was Angelina P and she took great care of us. I highly recommend eating here. I will be back with our 3 kids to enjoy again. Towson, MD location.
