I love this place. There lunch specials are a great value. I get both lunch specials and make four meals out of it. Super good for around 12-14 dollars.

The guacamole was brown The pico de gallo was definitely a couple days old I'm a chef I would know I had serious heartburn and I tasted that disgusting meal throughout the whole day belching and burping. I wouldn't recommend this La Huerta location because they don't get a lot of traffic and the food is old and the staff does not speak proper English.

In the past when we have ordered take out from La huerta I thought maybe I was being overcharged just because I didn't have an updated menu with the correct pricing. Now I'm 100% positive they overcharge everybody who orders take out. I was going to order from Doordash but decided to pick it up instead. On doordash chimichangas are 6.99. We ordered 2. The total should have been under $16. They charged us over $22! My husband was horrified bc he only left the house with $20. They were kind enough to let him slide on the 2 and change. Thanks. If u need money that bad, raise your prices. We won't be back.
