My husband paid almost $40 for their family sized House Special on Sunday. It didn’t have nearly as much cheese as it should have, and it was bland. We didn't even eat half of it... I politely commented on their Sunday Special post about it, and instead of using some customer service skills, they ignored me and deleted my comment. So, from now on, I will ignore them, and go to one of the other 100 mexican restaurants I have to choose from!
Surprisingly horrid service and attitude from the staff. I’ve been there many times over the years and never had what happened tonight. My mother ordered a ranchera plate. They brought her Del Mar (seafood) my mother never orders total seafood dishes from any Mexican restaurant. I was right next to her. Heard it. When the brought the food my mother said hey I didn’t order this and the girl said yes you did and ran off instead of a dressing the problem. My mom ate half an enchilada...read full review
