Absolutely horrible. We got there at 5pm and the restaurant wasn't even half full yet there was already a long wait. They said lack of servers. She asked if we wouldn't mind sitting in the bar area and we said that would be fine. A lady setup the table right in front of us but said we couldn't sit that we would still have to wait. So we stood there waiting and staring at our empty table setup. After awhile she came back took all the menus and silverware off the table. Shortly after that she sat us in another part of the restaurant. When we was sat there was a total of 10 other tables at. 10 and they were acting like they was overwhelmed. They was out of chicken fried steak and the parmesan chicken was so over seasoned and salty it was inedible. We used to enjoy going here but the last few times it's just been going down hill. For the prices they charge I expect better. We won't be back here anymore it's not worth it.

Best mac and cheese ever. Our waitress had the most difficult customer I've ever seen. She was explaining every seasoning, and full cost prior to getting this single person's order. Our waitress apologized but she didn't need to. She was the best ever. We never waited for refills, she had fresh bread immediately, we were more than happy. I believe her name was Nicki. She was excellent at what she does.

Excellent service! Stuffed mushrooms were delicious. Husband loved his strip steak; sweet potato with butter and brown sugar was perfectly cooked. Chicken strips moist and tender. 😋

It took at least 45 minutes after our salad before we got our food. We both had filet mignon and asparagus. We both ate two bites and took the rest home. I won’t go back

My dad and uncle came from out of town to celebrate my birthday and take us to dinner tonight. We waited for over an hour for a table, no biggie that’s normal. They seated us, we sat for some time menus in hand. No one came to welcome us, give us water, nothing. Table next to us had empty glasses, another big table was being waited on by 2 servers. Watched several people walk by, still no service. We left. Went down the road and got seated, served and fed all within an hour. This is the 3rd visit my husband and I have had a bad experience, rubbery lobster, overcooked steaks, we used to eat here every Friday. Things happen, but no more… I’ll never give this place another cent.

Horrible all around. 1. It is always freezing cold! We were miserable the entire time, so much so, that we had to ask for extra napkins to cover our legs. 2). My food was cold and I didn't get all of my food. The server came back with hot food, but still didn't receive the rest of my food. By this time, I was ready to leave and go someplace else. I received a 10% off the next visit and simply laughed as there will never be a "next visit".

The food was delicious. Got at the restaurant at 1:17 pm, and told them we needed a table for 4 adults and 2 children. The lady said she would set up the table. The restaurant was not full by any means. Several empty tables were in plain sight. We waited at least 15 minutes before we were seated at what we all considered a very uncomfortable table.

Our server was and older lady that was at least once in her life or still now on drugs.... she apparently didn't listen much... and everything took forever.... but... they seemed to be short staffed... But ... the Parmesan crested chicken was the bomb dot com!!!

Went to this location here Thursday , I walked in and was seated in the bar area , set there for 15 mins before the waitress finally came to the table , she didn’t speak , I placed my order as well as who I was with , she still said nothing but mhmmmm , she then proceeds to walk off as me and the person I was with was trying to tell her our drinks we wanted, goes to another table to get them water refilled , then goes to the bar to serve wine to a couple who came in after us . She walked back by the table 2 more times , and yet we still have no drinks , no appetizers we order or anything this is now after 10 mins , she then goes to the back and at this point we have waited so long we just let the man at the front know we are leaving and where we were sitting . The waiter was more than rude , and granted they were not even busy . I have never had this issue here ever and have always had a great experience . But after this visit I won’t be going back .
