This time we went it and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order I know they were busy but nobody including the manager who was standing and watching over the tables greeted us.

First ones in the door at opening but waited 20 minutes for a table. No servers Clocked in. Bread was cold and hard. Yesterday’s? Wild West shrimp was cold. Two steaks overcooked and tougher than shoe leather. Gabe up on them. Fortunately they were comped. Burger that was requested medium was well done. What does it take to find a steak restaurant that can handle meat? If you open at 11 have servers ready for guests when you unlock the door. Fail.

Went in for lunch onion pedals were good, salad baked potatoes and ribeyes were great. Asked to cut back on the salt a little on the steak it was perfect. Service was outstanding sorry we ate some before we took the pictures

The atmosphere at Longhorn is always better, more refined. Some of the others are so noisy, you can hardly talk across your own table. At this particular location, even more than other Longhorn locations we have visited, the food was amazing and our server was exceptional.

The food was terrible it was cold. The service was terrible. Was brought a salad and had to clean the table because she slung the ranch dressing all over it. Think I saw the server twice the whole time. Do not go there ever.

Took my wife tonight for Mother’s Day. The steaks were all cooked perfect. Rare was actually rare and medium was medium! The service was great even though they were busy. Our waitress Haley was probably the best waitress I’ve ever had! Even my shy/picky eater daughter loved it!

Why do we not eat here more often? The Parmesan Crusted Chicken was so good…again! This is the same thing we had several years ago when we visited. The bread that came before the meal was great too. I like the texture of the grains. The salad had high quality ingredients and uses Romaine lettuce as its base. They made a solid mid size baked potato too. Carina was a pleasant waitress, and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back next time. Although, we may need to upgrade from the 9oz to the 12 oz, and just skip the bread. Sooo full.
