How are they still in business?? To get a bad review from me takes effort, I assure you! I've ordered from them three times. 1st time I went to pick up, they lost my order and started making it when I got there. 2nd time I went to pick up, I wasnt even greeted for 10 minutes, then got "I'm sorry my help walked out and I just got here". Again, pizza was started after I arrived. 3rd (and final) time, they said "I'm sorry, I just got here from out of town and my manager left on an emergency and locked the doors. I will start your pizza after the ovens warm up." It's good pizza, but the service is unacceptable.

Delivery driver can’t deliver my pizza to my room. My nurse that was gonna go get it for me got busy. I told them to take the pizza back. Manager called me told me my delivery driver was bringing my pizza back. My Nurse went and got it. They gave me a 2 liter instead of a 20 oz. Cheesy bread was not even cheezy. When I say I want cheezy bread I want my cheese all stringy and gooey, it was not. I ask for Parmesan cheese packets. I got none.

Love their pizza and their sauces…HATE their lack of customer service, delivery issues every time we order, and the fact that every time we’ve given them a “second chance” they’ve disappointed us yet again. It sounds like the manager at this location needs to tighten the reigns or move on…

Manager at this location told my partner about two weeks ago that they were hired and would start next week. ‘Next week’ rolled around and we heard nothing, they got in contact with the manager to be asked ‘who are you again?’ and that he was ‘too busy’ to deal with a new hire… then why tell someone they are hired at all?? It’s hard to get a job out here at all and to get our hopes up just to crush us so disrespectfully, it’s straight up RUDE!! Don’t waste your time here at all, manager doesn’t have time for you anyway!!

We usually get triple pepperoni magnifico from them, but lately the pizza seems to be burned and hard as a rock, like their over is setup to higher temp and just churns pizza out quickly. They always add parm cheese crust topping while we ask for garlic or no sauce. one of the worker needs to get his nails cut and his pants pulled up, disgusting 🤮. The health department needs to review this store. The manager needs to sort this place out, i think I'll stop ordering from here is they dont improve.

Service was Great! I can honestly say,Best pizza 🍕 hands down! Salads are awesome and full of fresh tasty ingredients. The firey cheesy 🧀 bread goes great with the salad 🥗 The chicken 🐔 wings were tender and juicy and the spicy dipping sauce kicked them up to the perfect notch!

They told us to come get our food at 6:05 we go inside they say fifteen minutes so we go back in and it still not ready. It take another hour before we get our food and it’s cold and tastes stale like it’s been sitting and no one put it up so we could get it.
I ordered online for the first and only time. They forgot to give my wife a 2 liter, put the wrong sauce on my wings, forgot to give a sauce cup I paid for. The food wasn't any better than other chain pizza places and the service was poor. How hard is to read an order and put the right things together?

Today was the last straw. My family spends 50-60 a week here but the manager tonight decided that they didn’t want our business any longer over a $2 side they continue to forget to give us. Tonight was the last time we order from Marcos. The employees can continue playing and cussing at each other in the kitchen. It’s sad because the food was very delicious.

I have been here one time wasn't spectacular. Thought about getting it again today. Contacted the store with an inquiry about there food aparently contacted there General Manager who is extremely rude. He aparently has no one above him and has no information about giving feedback about the store location. There coupons you get in the mail are a lie and do not give the same discount that is on the coupon. I will never give them another shot. Nor will I be pointing anyone there way.
