Decided to order from Marco’s tonight as it’s technically closer to my place and I thought it would be both faster and better than Dominos - I was proven wrong on both accounts. The delivery driver showed up to the wrong address, food took 40 minutes for boneless chicken bites and cheese sticks. Cheese sticks were undercooked, chicken bites came in pieces (looked like they had already been eaten), and I was given a different beverage than I ordered. Instead of calling to confirm it was okay to swap out my drink or ask to substitute my chicken bites for something more substantial, I had to drive the food back to the restaurant after pre-tipping the driver for my food. They didn’t offer to remake my food or offer any compensation. Employees on staff were also unsure on whether or not the return I asked for was even processed. I’ve never been more frustrated or disappointed in a PIZZA DELIVERY IN MY LIFE…

I order my pick up order at 11:15 and it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11:30. I go and sit and wait and they haven't even started making my order by 11:55 so I had to cancel in order to get back to work in time. Poor time management on managements part.

we switched from dominoes which delivered to our house. To Marcos where we drive 30 minutes to get Marcos because it always had a lot of toppings and was the best. Until now I ordered a specialty Hawaiian pizza and get just as much toppings as I do with a cheaper 2 topping pizza. Very disappointing will probably just go back to dominos

How are they still in business?? To get a bad review from me takes effort, I assure you! I've ordered from them three times. 1st time I went to pick up, they lost my order and started making it when I got there. 2nd time I went to pick up, I wasnt even greeted for 10 minutes, then got "I'm sorry my help walked out and I just got here". Again, pizza was started after I arrived. 3rd (and final) time, they said "I'm sorry, I just got here from out of town and my manager left on an emergency and locked the doors. I will start your pizza after the ovens warm up." It's good pizza, but the service is unacceptable.

This place deserves MORE than 5 stars! They are by far the BEST pizza place ever to hit the River Valley area! I will NEVER eat pizza at any other place again!! Glad that I decided to try them! Thanks for being closed Easter Geno's Pizza! Y'all gotta try Marco's Pizza! Unbelievable they only have 4 stars. Customer service all the way to the food is 100% better than any other pizza place around! They don't even charge for plates, parmesan cheese, or peppers! VERY generous with the toppings and cheese too! They have become my new weekly pizza spot! About to order my 2nd pizza within a week! STOP sleeping on those coupons they send in the mail! Give them a try! 😉 Thank you Marco's for being the BEST! The XL 2 topping is huge, yummy, and cheap for only $13.99 ! Worth the money all the way! 😁

I ordered from the one in Fayetteville. It’s spectacular. This one? It is covered in goopy greasy cheese, and I asked for pineapple and anchovy. It’s all anchovy in a little piece of pineapple here and there. I wish I could send it back.
1st, let me say I really liked Marcos pizza up until a week ago. I ordered last Friday and was watching the tracker showing that it was baking for 45 mins. Which i knew was not true, then 1.5 hours our luke warm, gummy pizza ,that you can see had been sitting in the box so long that it was soaked in gease along with the crust, was delivered. We couldn't even eat it. We called to talk to the manager who just said sorry and that's it. So we won't be going back.

Thin crust pizza is excellent.
