Cashier was talking crap about another customer, felt very uneasy, I ate the amazing food and left
I always order a baked potato and tea. The baked potatoes are so big I never finish them.
Walked in and walked out not risking getting sick! The manger was sneezing everywhere saying “I don’t know what’s wrong with me” if you are sneezing sniffling etc. you should stay home there’s no need to risk customers and other staff members getting sick.

I love McAlister's! But, I wasn't there recently. Just close by.
Food was great. Front counter was less than pleasant and doesn’t even offer a military discount with proof of service. Didn’t feel very welcomed to eat here.
Best French Dip in town!
Good food, but I don't like the extra fee you are required to pay with using the app. It's much easier to use the app and just walk in and pick up my order. But I'm not paying that annoying fee. Other restaurants don't show to charge a convenience fee.
Food is great we enjoy it. The lunch manager is rude and you can tell he doesn't like his job. Every time we've been (at least 6 times) he doesn't smile, doesn't help when someone asks a question, and seems put out when he has to help at the counter. That makes the place unenjoyable

Stopped tonight for quick dinner. Wanted soup a not a burger so tried McAlister's. Very happy we did. Loved the low lights, better than the bright ones at other local places. Soup was hot and appreciated a restaurant where you can get 1/2 a sandwich.

I love the grilled chicken crossiant sandwich here, all the employees are kind, and its overall a good place to eat, alone or with a group.

Best french dip I have had in years

My first time and I got the French dip. Every bite I took had an unchewable piece of fat in it. The sandwich tasted good, though, so, I took several bites because I hoped it was just a bad piece. But, no. No matter how I ate it, there was fat that I couldn't even pierce with my incisors. Are you telling me that the person who made the sandwich didn't notice or what? It's ridiculous.
