I had previously rated this store 5 stars. That changed today. I ordered a mobile pickup. It charged my card, they showed they have the order but since my order messed up in the app changing it to drive thru so their employees didn't have to go outside in the cold to a curbside spot, they wouldn't hand me my order. They said I needed to repay for the order. My app shows the order is paid, the app also shows I received my food "enjoy your order". So now I don't have my food, money to replace the food, and I get to sit hungry. Way to go Grand McDonalds. I've never had this issue in the probably hundreds of mobile orders I've made over the years. "Don't use the app" employees told me. App is the only way to get discounted food for broke folks.

Ordered a 20 piece and large fry and a large Powerade and only received large fry and drink and told them I didn’t get my 20 piece chicken nuggets and was told to go back around and place another order after I had already paid for one

What do you call that when you app order had to order for pickup and had to wait 45 minutes before my damn food came everybody just pulling up getting their food when we got our food it was cold it was nasty y'all need to be shut down

I really liked coming tonight. I came at 1:00am in the morning and surprisingly the line wasn’t busy like it usually is after normal closing time. The people at the windows were really nice too. The second window had Jordan at it and he was so nice and we had a nice little conversation while we were waiting for our food. Me and my fiancé had just come from the hospital and it was nice to not have to wait long and be greeted with nice people.

This place was a relief after getting off work they are 24/7 as stated correctly on Google. Rogers Avenue location near planet fitness is not. Jordan took my order here and the team delivered my food from the drive thru window fresh. I appreciate the team here at night for working the night shift. I was hungry after getting off work late and they're working making sure customers, like me, hungry late at night have an option for a pick up when too tired to cook. Thank you, Jordan for your friendliness! I arrived around 12:20 am

I usually go to the super taco a few does down but had to go here one evening while riding with a female friend while she door dashed (bad neighborhood at night) Even though when I was here couple days ago onions were hard I decided to grab a couple burgers for myself and a couple for the driver since she was about to take a break. The girl meaning the window and the manager refused to sell them to me cause the driver was door dash and according to the manager they won't sell a dasher... direct orders from corporate. Since when does McDonald's tell independent contractors, a platinum driver with 180 deliveries, when and what to eat? I don't do reviews from the inside out to avoid it being personal but from the outside in I want to know what makes these people worthy of deciding what I eat. Absolutely offended. Do they tell delivery drivers what they are allowed to do?? I'm very vocal and will update when I hear back from corporate
