I am diabetic... my son and I went through the drive thru on grand Ave in ft Smith and we ordered 3 large coffees... 2 with sugar and 1 w/o sugar, the girl hands me the 1st cup and states that is the one w/o sugar... I took a big drink and to my surprise it had 15 sugar in it... they need to hire competent people....

Used to be a 5 star rating. Around 2018-2023 they had better quality service and food than now. It should not be this hard to NOT put sauce on an order. Unless I turn around and go all the way back to McDonald's, the order is literally useless to me. I just had to take the hit and throw it away and this seems to happen 60% of the time

I did a mobile order for curbside, never got my order. Went inside to get it, there were 10 other people waiting for their food and one person at the register. Finally just left because I never got my food. Called to get a refund, was on hold for 10 mins and then told I had to be in person to get my money back. Never go to this location.

My family and I are doing laundry up the road and stopped in to get hot chocolates to warm up while I clothes wash. It took nearly 10 minutes for 3 hot chocolates (2 of which were just warm milk) and we had to go up to register multiple times to remind them of my sons nuggets. As well as there is no loitering signs posted everywhere but there was a group of teenage boys sitting by the counter clapping everytime the staff was ACTUALLY doing their jobs. By far the worst McDonald's in Fort smith.

The food is always nasty and sloppy I've had paper on my Quarter Pounders they get mad when you go in there because they messed your order up and you asked him to fix it the people there are rude I would not recommend going there at all

I had previously rated this store 5 stars. That changed today. I ordered a mobile pickup. It charged my card, they showed they have the order but since my order messed up in the app changing it to drive thru so their employees didn't have to go outside in the cold to a curbside spot, they wouldn't hand me my order. They said I needed to repay for the order. My app shows the order is paid, the app also shows I received my food "enjoy your order". So now I don't have my food, money to replace the food, and I get to sit hungry. Way to go Grand McDonalds. I've never had this issue in the probably hundreds of mobile orders I've made over the years. "Don't use the app" employees told me. App is the only way to get discounted food for broke folks.
