We ordered fries without salt one order had salt but the lady working the front fixed it for us. She was very helpful and friendly!!

It's not my favorite location but is close to my home. Usually slow as molasses, dirty tables, and the drinks station are covered in trash and flies. Of course, my last visit was the same as usual.

This is the most unbelievable thing to me being that I work in the service industry...these people are the rudest people for no reason that I have ever met in my life...and this is not the 1st time...the lady was snotty at the drive through...I talked to the manager and he seemed apologetic but if I were you...I'd drive miles out of my way to grand avenue for better, quicker, and kinder service!!!

They always mess up my order, always missing item, and why we as customer have to always double check our food, just like today I ask is everything in the bag, they always say yes, no work ethic at all!

The employees running the registers flat out ignored me standing at counter until I got their attention & asked for ketchup & salt to which one happily replied "No, we don't have any, we're out" So I ask if they can get me some from "the line" they answer me no but I can have 2 sauces. At this point the cook comes and hands me a portion of ketchup... promote the cook! Then leaving, I can hear same cashier being rude to person in drive through....I know the name of the owner maybe I should contact em

People there either don't know what day of the week it is or are just rude. The app said pay 23.00 & I was charged 33.00 for 2 double quarter pounder meals.

I just went through lunch, there were 15 people who left, 2 more who ordered and left, when we got to the window, the person didn't talk to us, just took the card and charged, at the next window, the person didn't even look at us, we didn't know if we should wait at the window for the food, if we should park, after about 5 minutes, she gave us the food, she didn't tell us if it was all, absolutely nothing, during all this time we saw that all the cars were leaving, only 4 of us were left in line, the worst service ever

21 minutes. That is how long I stood at the register waiting on someone to come take my order. During that 21 minutes, I saw the lady drop the fry scooper thing on the ground, pick it up, and put it back in the fries. I heard workers making fun of and loudly cursing about customers and saw numerous employees hiding up by the coffee area to pull out phones and use them, shielding their phone between their body and the wood-slat wall. All while NOONE came to the register. My husband had already ordered on the kiosk, I just needed my drink cup, but they didn't know that--and I had a line of people that filtered in, waited a bit, then left complaining about not getting to order. Then, 47 minutes after I ordered, when they put our bagged to go and very cold food that was ordered for here on the pickup counter, the woman who put it there argued that I already had my drink. They weren't busier than normal--there were 3 tables in the lobby with unhoused individuals (most with luggage) using the power outlets (not something I am complaining about, just pointed it out because they weren't ordering to contribute to being so slow), and there were two people who had ordered on the app and were complaining about not getting their food. When I complained about not getting my drink, she told me it wasn't her problem because she "wasn't the one that scheduled us so short handed." There was no ice in the lobby, no straws, no napkins, and no ketchup. At least 3 people told two workers about being out of straws and napkins, and when one customer went up and told a worker they were out of napkins, he handed him a paper sack (which the guy proceeded to rip up and use for a napkin). Avoid this location.
Breakfast sandwiches are always cold. Too expensive anymore!
