JUST SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN this place is the definition of UNDERSTAFFED they missed my order which I ordered 30 minutes ago fast food? naaaa how about slow food, which is a better name. If I could rename this restaurant I would rename it “McSlowanld’s”. Anyways, chicken was dry, bun was stale, guy giving my order smelled like cigs, only a few people running the restaurant, slow to react, everyone inside was up at the counter waiting for someone to give them their food, looked like a auction to receive the food they order last week, and they were rude.👍

Put in a breakfast order nearly 30 minutes in advance, get to the window the old white lady with blue eyes was rude as hell saying they cant make it and she can either cancel it or get the manager, she wouldn't give me a receipt saying it's canceled and was overall just being mean. My husband went inside to try and get a receipt, waited at the counter to which no one came up to and all he heard was multiple of the workers loudly yelling and talking shit about many customers. I get its fast food but i worked service industry for years and years and I could never imagine being so hateful and distasteful. Do better.

Lately every time I’ve gone here since Kendra left. This McDonald’s went down hill, the workers are rude, long wait times even if you order ahead. There’s been a couple time where they messed up my order and frankly, either the owners or corporate needs to do something about the staff there. It was a lot better back then.

I went in to eat but used the restroom first and just from going into the restroom I just left afterwards didn't even get food. The restroom was disgusting. The toilet was gross. You can tell it hasn't cleaned in a very long time Sink was gross trash overflowing. Won't be going back to this McDonald's.

Went through the drive thru on grand avenue Fort Smith Arkansas the guy working in the drive thru was tossing the food out the window in to the cars was not paying attention said something to the manger all she did was refund my money would not serve us after I complained

I hate writing negative reviews, but we've had several similar experiences when we've gone inside. There are 2 kiosks where you can order. Both are always sticky, and one or the other tends to be out of order. If you want to order at the counter, you have to call out to the employees who are only focused on the drive-thru. They've gotten our order wrong so many times inside that it's ridiculous at this point. There isn't much seating. I will say the bathrooms are always clean. Their ice cream machine has been broken for months now after they had it fixed for a while. They need to adjust the temp of the fryer they make the new chicken crispers in. I've tried to order them 3 times now, and they've been burnt as well as looking nothing like the advertisement. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on shift, he said he wasn't allowed to adjust the temp. When I asked when someone who could would be in, he said he didn't know. On the other hand, the drive thru has always been great. I really appreciate the people who take the orders especially. They work hard to make sure they get our order entered correctly, and they are always pleasant.
