Clearly y'all dont know what extra vanilla means because you hand me a coffee that i asked for extra and it taste black so yall dont know what extra is but the Rogers ave McDonald's can make me a extra vanilla coffee and i can actually taste the vanilla thank you, waste of my money and time at this location yall use to be good but now its like suddenly after the remodel and new hires no one can get the drink right. I wont be going here again they get my coffee drink wrong Everytime and i still went back trying to give the doubt that they could do it right but no and when i called many times from the same mistake im always met with i can make you another but it will cost me i shouldn't have to pay for another screw up if yall mess up thats on yall to fix my drink right no charge and im being told id have to pay no, ill go down to rogers ave McDonald's by Walmart and they will fix my drink for free if they mess up and i aint spitting on money to a greedy store least they know me as a regular too and never mess up ever.

Occasionally we do get the one rude girl in the drive thru. Aside from that it's what you expect from a McDonald's.

Several times now, I’ve ordered ahead in the app and still had to wait 10 or more minutes for an order containing two items. Today was particularly annoying.

Order placed at 7:52. I was just up the road, and had to wait several minutes for typical Rogers Ave traffic. Entered the store, and my food was not complete. One other gentleman was asking for the coffee he ordered some time ago, telling me exactly the kind of experience I was in for.

As I was sitting there, a woman in a grey sweater was packing orders and complaining about the amount of customers. She packed an order, took it out, then began helping the people beside and behind me. She didn’t ask what I needed or even acknowledge me a single time, as if her visual acuity was based on movement.

She finishes up with the other customers and leaves. Again, without acknowledging me. I look up and see my order is now showing as “ready”. It’s nowhere to be seen in the pick up area. I look in the prep area and see the same woman pack it. She took a hash brown from another bag she made and threw it in mine, with no gloves on, and… takes it over to the drive thru warmer???

So I patiently wait some more. The person who came in much later than I got his food, and she ONCE AGAIN did not speak to me. Fed up and now late for work, I decided I was vetting at least one of the three items I paid for. I went behind the counter to the drink station for a grand total of two seconds and grabbed my cup.

Like a cheap Halloween animatronic, the woman sprang to life and finally spoke to me, fussing at me for grabbing the drink. I simply ignored her and filled my drink til she was done yapping, turned around and asked if I can have the items I paid for, as I had now spent 10 minutes waiting.

For those curious, the food part of my order was ONE sausage McGriddle and ONE hash brown. No special requests or modifications.

As luck would have it, I took a drink on the way into work only to find the soda had very little carbonation, rendering the soda flat and disappointing. Just like the rest of my visit.

Every McDonald’s in Fort Smith is competing to be the worst on in the area, and they’re all winning.

It never fails that I order ahead through the app and still end up waiting almost full cooking time for my food. It’s like they don’t even start the order until you’re there asking to pick it up. Sometimes they even forget you’re pulled over at curbside waiting for it.

Ordered 2 sweet teas and 1 unsweet. All 3 teas were sweet. We even told the person in the window what we ordered. The workers didn't seem to excited to be there. Come on.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But when it's bad its bad. Nobody was available to actually be working the front counter or lobby. Food was very sloppily made. All the tables were dirty in the lobby. It was 12:30. One of the tables had breakfast remains on it. So it had been over an hour and a half without an employee coming to the lobby and cleaning. WOW. Awesome QSC... the owners and managers must be proud

Went through drive thru. Didn't get all my food I ordered. Lady at window was rude and rushed me to go forward. She knew all my food wasn't in the bag. If she wasn't rushing me I could have made sure my order was correct but instead I was told move forward.
