Customers were friendly and made a joke crack smile when I first walked in so I'm going to give him a five-star review customer service and of course it's McDonald's so you know what it is as far as the food goes

Just so disappointed with every visit, employees don’t read tickets at all, if I ask for no pickle it probably means I don’t want pickles, quarter pounder with cheese isn’t supposed to be a cold patty, 2 buns, a drop of ketchups and a slice of cheese.

My coworkers and I stop here often during lunch and usually place separate mobile orders to make things easier. Today we were told they would only take two mobile codes at a time and that we’d need to drive back around just to give the next one. That’s ridiculous—especially during a busy lunch hour! It doesn’t make sense to send cars back through and hold up the line even more. We weren’t trying to make things complicated; we were following the same process we’ve done before. Very disappointing that they can’t accommodate multiple mobile orders in one trip like other locations do.

Good afternoon,
On October 14,2025 05:12pm I was dealt with the elder lady glasses possibly red/orange hair first window. Normally I would never made a big commotion, but she needs to watch what she mumbles. I arrived at the window ready with my tap to pay. She was still assisting a customer on the headset which i understand. My phone glitched out and she asked me the order to confirm I said yes. Ask about card I said yes give me one second. I fixed my phone and got the tap to pay ready. She proceeds to mumble,”should have answered my question.” That took me off guard and it’s so rude despite if it wasn’t for my ears to hear. If you cannot handle dealing with customers then be a cook. Your words can determine someone day. The lady at the second window very nice. Put her up front. The other lady I hope you have the day you deserve.

They bring me the wrong order more often than they get it right at this location.

My food came out neatly and as expected, but the wait time was 15-20 minutes when there was very little people to be seen. The inside is nicer compared to other McDonald's in the area with lots of booths and a circular booth.
For a McDonald's place it's a 4 it's not a bad choice and wouldnt avoid this place, but its also not a McDonald's I would sought after.
The 3 star is for McDonald's food as a whole. It serves its purpose Its cheap, fast, and fills you up, but the flavor on the other hand is enjoyable but tastes fake. The flavors are bold, but lacks complexity. I may talk negatively of McDonald's, but for its price point it makes up for it. The value per dollar while using the app is insane.

I come by here often. Always great service. Today I came by and was upset at the poor customer service I received by your employer Blake. When taking our order he was rude. When we come by the window to pay he spoke to us in a bad tone like he was mad.

Took me over 20 minutes to go through the drive through. Service was meh, food was fine. Doesn’t matter when I come, this location is never good.
This store is always great to come to! They are friendly and try their best to keep it moving! You can't help that there are Karen's in the world! Keep up the good work! Morning crew is great! Night shift is getting there also!

Place was dirty and unkept.Walked in and ordered large Cappuccino (one of very little vices I have these days).It came out feeling very light and opened the lid and was full of foam(foam was about 3/4 way).Walked up to manager and she explained to me all machines preset and that's what zi get(with a smirk on her face).The. up was maybe 1/3 full after the foam
