Went on 1/11/26 at around 530pm their system crashed after I arrived I'm fine with that stuff happens but to keep me waiting for 30 Mins and imply I'm going to get my food just to tell me il be refunded is ridiculous I don't really right reviews like ever but this irritated me alot

Just so disappointed with every visit, employees don’t read tickets at all, if I ask for no pickle it probably means I don’t want pickles, quarter pounder with cheese isn’t supposed to be a cold patty, 2 buns, a drop of ketchups and a slice of cheese.
