I order some food for my family and I and was missing some of my order so I call and was told I could get it. I go to the store to be told a liar and told I'm not getting any of it back. I finally got one thing back but not all of it. honestly idk why I keep coming back to this stupid ass mcdonalds. they are rude and they never do anything right. everything is always nasty or low quality. never again, to many chances.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love the play area, and it's also clean in there as well. While we were there, there was an employee cleaning the play area while we were sitting in there, and she was so sweet and friendly with us and my kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking spots. Very easy to enter and exit in a wheelchair, as well as maneuver around inside the restaurant.

This particular mcdonalds USED to be good, but now their customer service and wait times have dropped in quality considerably. I use the app to be able skip the amount of time I have to wait in the drive thru but I might as well take my time cause when I get there, it's at least a 20 - 30 minute wait before I get my food (and that's when no other customer is there) and most of the time my order is wrong anyways.
