Good food and fast service
DOUBLE CHARGED AND EMBARRASSED! by the GM Heather
Went here this morning for my daily breakfast. When I got to the window they said my order had already been paid for. We wondered together how it was showing paid. The drive through lady called for assistance to where the manager Heather came up in a rush. She pushed a couple buttons and said we will just rering the order. She redid the order and said my total was $8.74 which was incorrect from the previous total....read full review
Try any location in Fort Smith before this one. The last two times I’ve tried to use the app was pathetic. They said they didn’t have my order, but I shoes them the order on my phone and where it said they had received my order and it was ready at the Greenwood location. The manager said “I can’t help you dude, we just can’t find it on our side”. Even though I had visual proof in my app. They are just grossly incompetent at this location.
