Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins and no one answered. Went to the window and no one as well. Mid shift really needs to do sum instead of sitting and twiddling their thumbs.

I went to get food at 10pm as it states in their hours they don’t close till 11pm on a Monday night. Showed up and they had cones placed in front of both drive thrus and a truck placed so that you couldn’t access it. The employees were just outside by the dumpsters smoking. Please fix your hours of operations to match what hours people can show up and still get service please.

Went to order used points to redeem but lost them for 7 days due to no communication bout maintenance instead of closing off parking lot they waste your time and points

After dealing with corporate because of there hateful staff and inaccurate order. I was supposed to get burgers remade but Yaneli the manager wouldn't remake my order. Her excuse was that it had to be done inside the building but when I was on the phone with the GM, she said to come through the drivethru.
I just count it as a loss since this place doesn't care what corporate says.

The rudest night shift in fort smith. Serves raw burgers with no care about food safety. Absolutely the worst costumer service I’ve ever had in my life. I do not recommend this McDonald’s at all. Will also be reporting to corporate about this crew and their food quality.

The guy at the drive-thru said my meal would have Monopoly pieces — it didn’t. The lady at window two just shrugged. If you’re out, fine, but don’t upsell and mislead people. Took the fun out of it for my kids. Very disappointed.

Previously had it at 4 stars. Now it's 3. Why? Very simple. McDonald's has long been a favorite of mine but the quality has really gone down in recent time, the lobby is always updated to be less and less customer friendly with an environment that dissuades you from sitting down to eat, thr fries are ,more often than not, soggy (which sucks bc half the time I go it's because I'm craving their crispy fresh fries), and they are constantly making mistakes such as the one today where I asked for no mayo on my sandwich and they took EVERYTHING off my sandwich. But often it's the inverse where you ask for something like no mayo and instead you find your sandwich smothered in mayo (which even mayo enjoyers would likely not love). Today in specific I ordered my sandwich 10 mins in advance in the app, I get to the restaurant and there is only 1 other person ahead of my in the drive through, all I ordered was 1 sandwich, and they had to make me pull over to a number parking space and wait over 10 minutes for them to walk out my one sandwich (which as previously stated was incorrect) and it was luke warm and tasted like they had just microwaved it from a week ago. The app is supposed to make things more convient and quicker, not slower. I don't want to get any employees in trouble with this comment. The job is very stressful and hard, I know. But a restaurant built on convenience cannot fail repeatedly on that convenience and still remain desirable. It is likely corporate makes some decisions that the local franchise cannot change but more comfortable lobbies and better quality assurance for the items you're serving would go a LONG way. I cannot write this review and forget to bring up the many friendly, efficient, and helpful workers that you will definitely encounter during some shifts as well as the times when the food is made perfectly up to standard. When those things align McDonald's reminds me of why it's such as staple in our culture but when they do not I'm left needing to be reminded why I just wasted my time and money.

The food was hot and accurate. The service was professional. The lobby was rather unkempt. The employees seemed to be happy, with all the bantering and giggles happening in the back. Maybe a little more pride in the appearance of the lobby, bathroom, and some of the outside areas.

The burger looks like it was made by someone who hates their job. Made sure all food was in bag before leaving premises, and surprisingly it was. That was great. Get home and start to unwrap things and the presentation as well as quality of the food was awful. Mind you they asked us to pull to the rail and we waited about 7 minutes before getting our food. The manager offered to have the food remade fresh we just had to take the 10 minute drive back to have it done. At that point it’s 9 and my kids have already started eating the food so we just accepted the loss. Spent over $20 just for cold, thrown together food. Shame on yall.

I'll give it higher once the New people are trained longer. Twice now when I order they got it wrong. When someone says a large meal they mean both fries and drink large, not just drink. When someone uses a app code for $1 any size fry that means the fry is separate period, not I ordered this meal let's put the deal in the meal, it's whatever meal you ordered and then SEPARATELY the $1 fry.

If you like getting pulled up after you pay after you pay for your food this is your place. They make sure they take your money then pull you up to a spot then start serving the line. I didn’t order anything special either. 1 McGriddle, 1 McMuffin, and 2 burritos. Finally went inside after 30 mins and asked about it. It was just setting there. This is why people don’t want to pull up. Worst McDonald’s

I was so disappointed buying a crispy chicken combo yesterday, Sunday. My food was burnt and also the bun. The fries were not salted and very cold. The whole meal was given to the dog. I am so sorry but I thought I should say something because whoever made the food had to know the sandwich was black/ brown. I serve food and it would not of made it past me. Quality control.
