Third time this week someone can’t make fries properly LMAO nor answer the phone great customer service😂 does no one have hands to answer? I am a door dasher and pick up from all the McDonalds locations in Ft Smith and I know they get very busy. However the location on Towson has and continues to be bye far the worst in terms of speed of service and customer care. On more occasions that even remember multiple employees will walk past and never acknowledge you. This past week after waiting 5 minutes to even being spoken to I saw the order be placed behind the counter so I said excuse me that my order may I get it. And the woman snapped back (you will just have to wait). Terrible service

If your timing is right, this drive thru not always, but a lot offers piping hot fresh fries!! There is nothing better than getting fresh and piping hot fries from McDonald’s. Yes, there ice cream machine is always broken or in the middle of being repaired, BUT I do have to admit that they have the French fry part nailed down.

The people in the kitchen need to make sure that the food they are making is correct by you know actually reading your grill slips how in order BEC McGriddle folded egg and get a freaking McGriddle with only folded egg and cheese….do better guys

If I could rate this train wreck of a store a 0 I would. But I can’t so it is what it is. Everytime I go here they always mess up the order this time was more unforgivable then the last times I’ve had issues. See attached photos do not eat here late during the evening or after a long shift at work it’s a disappointment. Messed up my burgers so bad they had to double wrap them.

My burger and fries were old and cold the nuggets I didn't eat the nuggets but the frozen coke was better than all of it....I took one bite out of burger and ate a few fries then immediately went back with receipt in hand and they treated me like I was trying to get over o. Them .... not a good customer relation response... used to be my Favorite McDonald's so sad
