So I wanted to add this so I had it for document. I just went to McDonald’s early 11 o’clock this morning on July 8 with my daughter and I. I had a 10 piece nuggets and as I was eating it, I noticed two curly hairs under the Nuggets. I am sick to my stomach. I have never had anything like this happen before. I just really hope that it is head hair.

Well first off the lady wouldn’t tell me what’s actually on the fries, I asked it maybe it could have been the good stuff yk the Colombian stuff. She was very rude about it, McDonald’s maybe be nicer and I would actually spend money. The fries were nasty and frozen, at least they could have been heated up. My kid was screaming and crying the whole way home bc his fries were FROZEN.

The cashier cannot count change back. Especially coins. She was unaware that I was standing there. She had her back to the door and counter. I had to speak to her to get her attention. I was the ONLY person/customer in the place literally. Made the comment she's about to clock out. I told her the debit card machine on my side was having issues. She told me to hit the red button - try again. Once I pulled my card out the transaction completed. She treated me as an inconvenience,she acted like she'd rather be anywhere but there.

THEN I realized that you now have to pay for a second dipping sauce. Next time I'll use what I have at home & you won't make an extra 35 cents from me. That's quite an enterprise your company has going. McDonald's used to be family friendly and budget friendly and good, courteous employees. The jokes on me,I won't spend another dime in any McDonald's.

The BEST employee in that location is Mrs Debra,she cares more about the restaurant and customers more than anyone. And at least when she's working you can find more than one table to sit at that's clean. And the drink dispenser area is always stocked and ready for the next customers. I understand the boycott,poor food, service and cleanliness.

It's sad that there's NO PRIDE in doing your job well. McDonald's may not be your dream job,but it's the next step to your dream job.

This is not the first time I've had this experience at the same location,but it's definitely my last. No wonder people are cooking at home more or going to other establishments that realize that the person walking in the door is the reason you get a paycheck.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a caramel frappe for my little one and she wanted two sweet and sour sauces with her dino nuggets at home. It said it was free at the front then when I pulled forward I go ahead and paid. When I pull up to the next window, a young teenager told me it would cost me,
of course I couldn’t back out so I said sure I’ll pay. Then another employee gives me the bag which looked like her manager. I didn’t understand why they didn’t tell me at the very beginning. Very unprofessional manager.

It's McDonald's.. the food was what you would expect. It was made fresh. The only thing I dislike about McDonald's. And most places now, is that they are moving away from customer interaction. I miss that personal attention. But again that's just what we are moving towards.

I encountered unfriendly service and was treated as an inconvenience rather than a guest. After requesting sweet tea, I was given bitter old tea. Tara, the representative, refused my request to swap it for an Arnold Palmer and ceased communication. Her behavior was unfriendly and unmannerly. I hope this issue is resolved, as no one deserves such disrespect.
