In restaurant at Van Buren location on 64 ordered on App and waited for almost an hour and went to front desk and they said they didn't get order despite having receipt and manager person advised they don't give refunds to contact Corporate owner. Thanks for not being a good restaurant.

Brookrn Hill location worst experience ever no was going to wait on us until I suggested going somewhere else, the Kiosk were all down. The entire lobby looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. I ordered our food to stay they packed it to go and left items off our order our food was cold and buns were stale we asked for a refund and went elsewhere

My wife placed an order on her app. I went to pick it. Didn't Have her phone so I couldn't pick it up. Her phone had to be there.Even though I had the receipt showing.

They two women behind the main desk are amazing I don't remember both the names but the lady that fitted me for my uniform Barbara was very nice the other lady ago I cannot remember her name was extremely nice as well. Thanks for the cold water the walk back was 2 miles
One on grand is so incompetent and workers are so rude will not waste my money there ever again

The manager at the Alma McDonald's is rude and disrespectful to her disabled employees. She do not care how she talks or treats her employess. Corporate doesn't take the claims seriously. So when they get sued it will be a different story. Disabled people have rights too.

Tired of calling this place and never getting an answer I've made two complaints about a manager at the grand store and she still hasn't had any consequences so today I'm waiting on my frappe for about 12 min and two people got their food while my frappe just sat on the table where they make it not one person asked where it was supposed to go then when confronted about it she wanted to lie and say no It just got finished when I had been standing there staring at it and talking about it. Since she didn't want to reimburse me for my wait they got to eat my husband's soda

if i could give the McKinley Corporate office a zero i would. Me and my girlfriend went in to pick up our uniforms the day we got hired. the person giving out uniforms was Barbara Long. Worst experience of my life. when she asked me my size, i told her only to have her look me up and down in disgust and say “that’s not gonna work”. she then proceeded to ask for my shirt size and when i told her, she did the same thing and said “they run very small so i’ll give you this one” which was two sizes too big. i’ve never felt so disrespected as i did in that office. then when it got to my girlfriend, Barbara asked for her sizes and gave her sizes that were too big then proceeded to say we were built weird and that we don’t fit the uniforms correctly. the experience made us not even want to continue employment. we then called the mcdonald’s that we got hired at to let them know they’re not gonna disrespect us and they didn’t even care and blew it off. absolutely disgusting.

My son did not get paid because of the illiterate office personnel that can't read a direct deposit form. Now his bills are late and he can't get groceries until after the holiday!!!! Their screw up needs to be fixed now!!!!
