I did a pick up order and it took quite a few minutes before anything came out. The employees were all talking loudly in the back. I got my food and noticed they forgot my drink, so I came back in. I heard one of the women talking about my name in the app and how she didnt want to say it, and that just was really embarrassing to overhear. Maybe don't talk so loud about your customers because it's a little unprofessional. Just keep it to your coworkers, because I get wanting to talk about stuff going on at work. Look, I have a cringe name on the McDonalds app from long ago. So I understand, but it was really upsetting to hear me being talked about. Just please be careful what you say, because people ARE listening.

Literally me and 4 children waited over an hour for our order tonight while everyone behind us was getting their orders even a massive $50 order while we were waiting on measly chicken nuggets and a large fry meanwhile everyone was just saying “I don’t know” when asked about it rather than communicating AT ALL the split dyed hair girl behind the counter just caught an attitude when the food was finally out with no exploration slapped the food down in front of me and had horrible customer service.

Worst McDonald’s! 2 times back to back now that I’ve gotten home and had food missing! First time was 3 things of fries. This time 2 things of chicken nuggets are missing. I ask for extra mustard every time and every time there’s barely any in my burger. The burgers are dry! Get it together!

Crazy that there is still not a zero star option. I mean no one expects much when you go to fast food but this place is the nastiest most worthless “restaurant” ever. They are always slow and constantly screw up the order so nothing new on that front but this trip was the by far the worst, new low. So I ordered two triple cheeseburgers and one had a hair on it and the other one looked like it had been used to clean the grease traps or at least fell in it and was just picked back up and assembled. Even the bun was covered in black greasy grime as well. One of the most revolting things I’ve ever tasted. One of the double cheeseburgers also had a hair in it, but at least it had the correct amount of patties on it. The fries were cold of course after waiting on the order. Also wasn’t given a receipt with the order. Also called 20 times to try and resolve it with out the trip but no answer so we drove back anyways. Even the drive through cashier who took three tries to explain that I only needed one milkshake was disgusted and shocked when I opened my burger and showed her. I did get a full refund even though half was fine. I guess… 👀DO NOT EAT HERE! I doubt the food is clean and safe, there’s no telling what those morons are doing back there to your food. Hopefully they fire who ever the cooks were, if they are that worthless to not even be able to count to three and produce such a disgusting burger they have no business in food industry, gonna get someone sick. I’ll definitely never be back to this location if any other McDonald’s ever again. Ima head to Burger King and get a real burger

Just ordered a “McFlurry with extra Oreos” what I got was ice cream in a cup and Oreos sprinkled on top. Not mixed or anything and this is Not the first time this has happened either. Which is what led me to leave the review. Charging 5 dollars for a McFlurry with Extra Oreos then just putting ice cream in this terrible cardboard container and sprinkling Oreos on top is ridiculous not to mention them handing it to me covered in ice cream all over the spoon the outside of the cup. It’s lazy. .. This is already easily the worse McDonald’s in town but then they can’t even get a McFlurry right? It’s sad.

I ordered my mcchickens with extra pickles. The wrapper of my sandwich said "Add 2 pickles". All 4 of my sandwiches had only ONE pickle. If im going to pay extra for this, give me what I ordered!

Not please at all. My girlfriend didn't have toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to bring her toilet paper at the door. The bathroom was horrible, and the trash overflowing front conter employees avoid me even tho I was 5 ft away from them. So then we order something from Kearse, hoping to get their attention, and still nothing 🙄 😒 😡 after receiving our order we went to fill our drinks with tea which was completely empty so my girlfriend went to the front to tell them they ignored her so I had to come behind her and raised my voice even tho she could be heard across the lobby where I was at we finally got our drinks and left VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION

Fast food in this entire city is crap. My wife’s orders are always made wrong everywhere we go and tonight was my turn. Ordered a grilled 4c and got a fried chicken nugget in a pool orange of sauce in a foil bag.
