Wow. We really spent over $35 here and they still want to charge us for a small water. Ridiculous, considering everywhere else usually gives large water for free.

The McDonald’s in Greenwood at least understands their own broken app system. When the codes don’t work, the managers usually honor the deal because they know the tech is trash.

The Broken Hill location? Completely different story.

My app pulled the deal up just fine, but at the window they told me “server error” and insisted it was my app, not their system. I explained that if I refresh the code it locks me out for 15 minutes, and I don’t have time to sit in the lot and babysit an app. I asked if I could just pull around and have someone try to scan it from another register and was told, “We don’t have scanners.”

When my spouse worked at McDonald’s, every register had a scanner. I even said, “If it says server error, that sounds like a backend issue, not my phone,” and the manager still refused to do anything and stayed very rigid and dismissive.

I get that tech fails, but the lack of basic customer service and problem-solving is the real issue. The Greenwood store will try to make it right; this one just shrugs and blames the customer.

To add insult to injury, they got the order wrong as well. And honestly, I’m not sure why I even came back after they double charged me back in July, made me jump through hoops, and still haven’t refunded the $32 and change.

They literally never have any salt on their fries, and if you ask for extra salt, it doesn’t matter, there’s still zero salt.

Terrible service at the 71st Street. They got my order wrong, then they didn't have any ketchup to serve me. I asked at the counter and they gave me four packets and told me they were out. Other customers arrived and they were given a handful of ketchup. Horrible people.

The manager woman with glasses she hide the monopoly ticket and on the app and the customer service that I call a report her .all confirm that if I order the food with monopoly ticket they available anytime and she state:not all is available I’m the manager and I decide it..I know is silly but my boys they look for this and I missing I not go there not more
She keep the monopoly for her very sad

Lied to about replacement order, I drove ovee from Pocola Oklahoma for a replacement burger and recurved a single burger patty in a breakfast dish and was told that’s all I get

This is the worst McDonald's I have been in my life the air conditioner is broken and it was hella hot inside the lobby and there where flies flying around everywhere and all the tables where dirty and the floor had soda spilled all over the floor there was trash all over the tables and the food was slopped together and the food was not cooked all the way still raw food and the people working where standing around doing nothing to clean the lobby the bathroom was a mess and full of trash. Please send health inspectors to check this McDonald's for everything. Thank you for the worst fast food experience in my life.

Every time I go here the workers have rude attitudes and the food order is always messed up somehow. We ordered on the app to save time and still had to wait 20 minutes because they didn’t start making it til we pulled up to the window.
