I would describe it as a neat place to eat. Fast foodish, but the food was prepared fresh and delivered to table. Drinks were your own responsibility. They utilize plastic cups that are take or trash which I'm not a fan of. Pizza was great, not oversized (I did not have leftovers). It was very reasonably priced. All in all nothing stood out as I WANT to come back but I definitely wouldn't argue against it if someone suggested it.

I had some frustrating issues trying to place an order through DoorDash, but when I contacted Newk’s directly, they went above and beyond. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I ended up placing my order directly with the restaurant, and not only was the food excellent, but they also included a sweet handwritten note and some cookies.
That kind of personal touch really speaks volumes about the management and employees—they genuinely care about their customers. I’m a fan for life!
