Waitress didnt pay attention to the order so it came out wrong. Sausage was over cooked, eggs where over cooked.

The waiter who took my order over the phone was one extremely rude when asking for an additional oil, but was hateful with my husband when he went in to get our food so I called back asking for a manager and the same person said “idk when they will be in” how do you not know? I love this place and have spent hundreds of dollars here almost eating here every week!! Extremely disappointed and upset!!!!

Really good food. We had the lomein and sizzling beef. I would go back in a heartbeat. Good food, good service.

My expectations were high for this one. It was ok. I wasnt necessarily disappointed it just wasn't as good as other food I've had. The Lo Mein was ok and the spring rolls was decent.

Service was minimal when the help could manage to tear themselves away from their phones while looking at us with disdain 😒 Food was edible but not fabulous. 2 of us had boil in bag seafood and they were given 1 shell cracker to share. They asked for a second one and were told they only HAVE one... in the WHOLE restaurant.🤦🤦🤦 Maybe if he got his hair out of his eyes he'd find a second one😒. We collectively decided we'd rather eat at Panda Express next time 😐

I also want to thank the young lady working there yesterday for her great service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and really took the time to engage with customers, which made the experience even better.

The food? Still fantastic. I really wish they offered grilled shrimp as an option to add to the meal—it would've made it absolutely complete—but honestly, I can’t complain. The price was right, the food was on point, and the service was top-notch.

So if you’re ever in the Fort Smith area, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

Noodles and Crawfish is hands down the best in town. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. It’s an easy choice for me and my family every time — we’re never disappointed. Highly recommend!
