This is easily one of the best spots to eat in Fort Smith! The food was amazing and Oskar was very kind, giving a detailed run down of the menu, memorizing our names, and even bringing our food to our table.
Oskar’s is an incredible Cajun food truck with a wide variety. He’s extremely friendly to customers and makes it a point to memorize their names. The food came out promptly and it was delicious. I would highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch fries as it’s their most popular item for a good reason.
Ordered Cajun chicken bacon ranch fries at trivia night - Oskar sold me on purchasing from his truck when I was still considering all the options! Also tried the hush puppies and the fried okra - 10/10 would recommend. He even delivered them to my table on the patio!!
Normally, I don’t like food with a kick, but the ranch on the fries offset the homemade remoulade, and it was fantastic ??
