Its not that great tbh very bland and for what i paid for definitely not worth it when I can go across town and get better food for the price. but i wanted to try something new and yeh no wont be back noodles have literally no flavor at all.

Solid choice if you want asian food fast with decent price and decent quality. I have no referance on authenticity, however I can say I like this food. I had one a little dried out rice chunks once but it didn't stop me. Once had some bits of vegitable stem, but again overall I like it. Speed through drive through is resonable and the staff have always been great that we felt with.

Ordered 2 main platter. Egg fried rice, orange chicken and Teriyaki grilled chicken. Crab rangoon and 2 veg eggroll. First off the fill the plate over halfway full of rice, which has ZERO flavor! And the egg tasted tainted. And was not warm at all. The orange chicken was room temperature, flavor was ok. Teriyaki grilled chicken tasted as if it was cooked by warm regards... zero grilled flavor. And tastes as if Teriyaki flavoring was in the room when it was cooked. Crab rangoon was mid at best and the vegetable eggroll was full of water and has a sour taste... Everything there needs salt!!! Not the best First time experience with Panda Express, theres alot better food to be had alot cheaper then panda express..

Went yesterday and was given this…..had to wait 30 mins for this bs I didn’t notice til I seen the bigger nuggets discolored so if I get sick:) thank you so much! Be careful next time cuz this might cause issues..
When i went to order was told they were out of broccoli and 10 minute wait for rice. This is becoming routine for this location, seems like every time i come through they are out of something. Not a good place to go if you are on lunch break or really craving something. Went to whataburger.

I received my order without the steak, just rice only! I contacted the store and was told they couldn’t do anything about it and to contact the delivery service. After contacting the delivery service they said I should contact the store and ask for a manager. I was complaining to the manager he hung up on me. I’m calling the company home office. The food is usually very good but that is terrible customer service!

I rarely leave reviews, but this Panda Express location truly deserves some praise! From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless — from the dining area to the kitchen line, you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff was not only friendly and fast, but also genuinely welcoming. They worked together like a well-oiled machine and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.
What really stood out was the manager. You can immediately tell they take pride in their team and their store. They were visible, hands-on, and clearly led with positivity and professionalism. It’s not every day you see leadership like that in action!
Food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always. This location definitely sets the bar high for fast casual dining. Fort Smith is lucky to have a Panda Express this well-run. Highly recommend!
