The service was great, very friendly service and clean.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, so I didn't really notice.
Parking: It didn't seem to be a lot of parking spaces, but most of the traffic was in the drive though.
Kid-friendliness: I would say yes.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't notice, I'm not in a wheelchair.

After waiting 9 minutes at the window I received my very basic order of double orange chicken and chow mein. To say I had a few noodles with my cabbage is an understatement. The chicken was as cold as a mother in law’s heart and had clumps of chicken the size of baseballs. I’m not a fan of cabbage and typically pick out the few pieces but I am not joking when I said I had a bigger pile of cabbage than noodles. All in all, after watching the workers giggle and laugh for nearly 10 minutes when I hadn’t gotten my food, the horrible noodles and the cold, nasty, dog food resembling chicken, I will not be going back.

Technically considered a Chinese fast food chain and it’s pretty tasty for fast food. The fried rice isn’t the best but the white rice and grilled teriyaki chicken is cooked to perfect every time. It’s nice to have a healthier option for fast food in Fort

I got some beef, orange chicken and fried rice. The beef and orange chicken were kinda "tough" but very delicious (this place could be described as "Chinese"). The fried rice wasn't the best I've had but it was good. Maybe a 6.5/10. Staff was very friendly, efficient and informative. This place has a cafeteria-style (more like Subway) line where you walk down the glass-enclosed foodz and choose what you want. ¡O'Doyle RULEZ!
Vegetarian options: It's like a Chinese restaurant so there's fried rice and some other veggies you can eat if so inclined. But most things have meat in them.
Parking: Normal outdoor parking lot. There are opportunities during overflow situations where you could park at an adjacent business. But I doubt that ever happens.

We were in this establishment on Saturday 7/13/2024, we were getting a medium sized order when for no apparent reason the young girl "Jessica" just walked away from the serving station. I had to get the man running the register to step down to where we were and finish placing the order into containers. When the young girl walked back, he mentioned to her that the customer was not finished with the order, to which she replied "well, I had a car anyway". There was no management apparent, by that I mean most of the people were standing around, chatting and discussing their personal lives (except the young man on the grill in the back, he never stopped working the entire time of our visit). So rather than explain this situation to the shift manager, I'll just detail it here on my review. The food was mediocre (tastes exactly the same as microwaved Chinese entrees from Dollar General's frozen food section), the service was obviously terrible (and a poor reflection on management), and those chatty employees could definitely have been useful out cleaning the food and splatters off the half dozen or so dirty tables we passed on our way out.

I'd just like to take a moment to acknowledge "Anna" at this location. The Absolute Best customer service by her today. Thank you for being so nice and attentive. Those 2 things have been lost in the last few years. Food was great as well.

Eggrolls are $2 each, so they charged me $8.70 for 4 Eggrolls because they called it an entree. I said no, they are $2 each, but that's how we are supposed to charge for it. I don't think so, fix it.

I placed a delivery order. They did not include soy sauce or the sweet and sour sauce for my cream cheese dumplings. Way to go, stupid.
It was a Friday night about 90 minutes to close. Hardly any food items available. There were too many kids working, with no real organization by management. We had been at a funeral for my mother earlier in the day; and we just wanted something quick to eat and return to our lodging. We were discouraged from having the kitchen cook items, and more items disappeared as I was having the young man retrieve the items. My son insisted on them making teriyaki chicken. We waited for 15 to 20 minutes only to find out that they served our food to all the people that followed us. They completely forgot us - even though we already paid. We received no apologies; and we were offered nothing by way of replacing the items or by offering any discount. We left with a partial order. It was clear that these people take no pride in their work. If I were the franchise owner, heads would roll. I have never seen such lack of professionalism in Panda Express. Of course the area I live in is much more affluent- but, that should not make a difference. My son went to sleep still upset about the whole ordeal. Terrible experience. Also, the crab Rangoon appeared to be under cooked- so we avoided that item. This is on management.
