I rarely leave reviews, but this Panda Express location truly deserves some praise! From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless — from the dining area to the kitchen line, you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff was not only friendly and fast, but also genuinely welcoming. They worked together like a well-oiled machine and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.

What really stood out was the manager. You can immediately tell they take pride in their team and their store. They were visible, hands-on, and clearly led with positivity and professionalism. It’s not every day you see leadership like that in action!

Food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always. This location definitely sets the bar high for fast casual dining. Fort Smith is lucky to have a Panda Express this well-run. Highly recommend!

I had their orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, fried rice, and super greens.

I think this place is great, especially if you want the ability to pick healthier choices than what you'd typically find at fast food joints.

The team here is fast, polite, and friendly.

I used to love Panda Express, but ever since they came to Fort Smith, I’ve been pretty disappointed.

The **Broccoli Beef** was mostly broccoli with barely any beef. The **Orange Chicken** and **Honey Sesame Chicken** tasted almost exactly the same—one just had bell peppers added. No real flavor difference.

The **Fried Rice** looked and tasted like plain white rice with a few peas, carrots, and egg—no seasoning or soy sauce to speak of. The **Lo Mein** was dry, underseasoned, and looked like spaghetti noodles with slivers of cabbage and onion. You’ll definitely need a drink just to get through it.

The **Green Beans and Chicken** was probably the best thing I tried, but again—it was mostly green beans and onions with very little chicken.

And be prepared: the **portion sizes are surprisingly small** for the price you're paying. It’s just not worth it, especially when the food quality isn’t there.

I hope this location improves, because right now, it doesn’t live up to the standard I used to enjoy from Panda Express.

Just had food delivered to my home was very unpleased with it. Taste was bad then in my orange chicken found a bone in it. I’d recommend looking elsewhere to get food this Panda Express location. Is mediocre at best

Lo mien was firm & bland, barely any flavor. Orange chicken was too sweet. Beijing beef was too sweet. Kung pao chicken was a little salty. Not good.
