Paying such a high price for my food to be wrong is a little frustrating. Cashier was super nice and got my order correct. They just didn’t follow directions in the back.

I've been a sip club member for the past year, partially due to convenience of a location near work and the promotion of three free months. I do appreciate the deals sip club members get, and I really like the new strawberry lemonade drink.
But, this is a hit or miss location. Today there were two cars in front of me in the drive thru and there was a really long wait. I ended up ordering on the app because the wait was so long, then when I get up to the window they tell me that they did not have the ingredients for the sandwich I ordered.
I ordered a different sandwich, was told I would get a refund since it was a cheaper sandwich and that the order would be brought out to me. I waited for a bit, and was brought only the food. I asked about my drink, they went back inside and grabbed it. When I got back to my hotel, I realized they did not give me the pastry I ordered.
I want to support Panera Bread, but this experience was disappointing.

Order 2 hours ahead of time for delivery orders from here. It's pathetic and takes forever!!!!!
I have enjoyed the food and service every time I come here, but today was a little different. My wife ordered a sandwich with soup, and her bowl had the prep sticker in the bowl. The sticker had a use by the date of 7-11 that we ate on 7-12. I question the staff in charge and food now.

Food is over priced. I bought 2 sandwiches, 1 cup and 1 bowl of soup and 1 med diet soda. $41 Was in VA last week. Had lunch delivered
to the house, 4 sandwiches, 2 Madagascar coffees, 3 cookies, Mac n cheese, 2 chocolate crossiants, pd for delivery and tip $50 Don't waste your money in Fort Smith, it's ridiculous!
