I asked for my Asiago bagel to be toasted. When I got it home, the edges were burned beyond recognition. Couldn’t eat it. Thanks for nothing, Panera.

The front counter cashier needs to wear gloves. Three of us ate there today. Two orders were from the cook. I ordered from the cashier. I've been home with diarrhea and vomiting since. The other two are perfectly fine. I could describe her, but I won't. Just wash your nasty hands and put on gloves. Despicable!

My kids got food and came to eat at my house. I've never had Panera, and I'm such a fan now!!! Everything was so good!!! I'm going to try and get Panera more often!! Happy New Year!!

No because I ordered on DoorDash and go to pick up and I went through the drive thru and she told me I couldn’t pick up my DoorDash that way and I had to come in to be verified.. I asked if I could pick up bc I’m already in their drive thru that you can’t get out of or go around and she said no I HAVE to be verified INSIDE.. like I can’t pull my ID out at the drive thru but okay. I wait for everyone in front of me to order and get their food and go inside to get my DoorDash and then I’m not even verified and my bag of food was just on a shelf out in the open saying “Pickup”… so y'all couldn’t have grabbed the only DoorDash bag there out in the open and just verified me at the window? Sure the girlies are just following the rules but like.. seriously?

The lady inside at 3:15 today, November 6th was so rude. We pulled up and asked to order the online promotion. The guy was super nice, girl jumps in yelling that we can’t order that. I said the app states we can. She said “no no. That’s not how it works. We can’t do that. I don’t care what the app says”. So we just ordered on the mobile app while sitting in the drive through. She then yells “ma’am what else do you need?” I said nothing we ordered on the app. She said “then pull-up there are people behind you” There were not people behind us. She was just very rude. Obviously doesn’t count on costumers to keep her store successful. I highly suggest she has some sort of training in customer service.

Got a strawberry salad drove 45 minutes home with it to eat it only to sit down and find out there’s no salad dressing on it when I’ve tried to call the store back. Nobody even answers.
