This was the worst pizza I have ever had! It was a ridiculously priced $30!! Seriously. And we threw out all but the half of two pieces we tried. The crust had absolutely no flavor — like the box it came in. It had no sauce and unbelievably the sausage and pepperoni had no flavor! I mean how can that be?!? Do not order from Papa John’s.

When I got home with my order I realized my alfrado bowl was not correct I had done the build ur own and so we called and explained it was wrong and the guy that answered stated that he was the manager and said that he made what was ordered. Said it comes with and processed to say what was in it. Than I was trying to explain that I did a build your own Alfredo bowl and was still talking as he hung up on me. I tried to call back and he would not answer I tried twice and no answer. Like wth who as a manager does that SMH. Worst service ever. !! I GUESS HES LOST OUR FUTURE SERVICE.

This Papa John's was a huge disappointment. It seemed like they didn't keep my pizza warm until I arrived for pickup because it was cold. I specifically asked for a lightly sauced pizza, but they didn't follow my request.

My neighbor ordered a Italian pizza, he gave me a slice an it was so greasy all the toppings fell off! couldn't even eat it. I'm just glad I didn't buy it! He got a great price and the delivery guy was super pleasant but the cook needs to step it up a bit Js..

After a long road trip needed a feed and then bed. Ordered two pizzas with the cheese sticks (cheese pizza cut into strips). Good topping cover and tasty. Great option for a quick feed

How many times can they mess up an order? 5 times so far this year and doesn't matter if you call the order in or place it online. The whole crew including management needs to go back thru training and/or school to learn how to read an order. I will be calling corporate.
